This app is super user friendly and very customizable. The support you receive when you have a question is quick and so thorough and helpful. I am thrilled I found this app and will use it for events in the future!

Priced well and works for most of our needs, though there are some flaws in the UI that inhibit functionality and haven't been resolved after reporting them 14+ months ago (can't add user from a mobile phone because the chat button blocks the Send button, as another user review reported below). We also struggled with custom uses like multi-date events where we want variants listed on the Shopify product page but don't want/need a full blown calendar or date-picker on the page, or want pricing to change if they choose more than 1 date, but we are slowly figuring out workarounds. Overall it's a good app for the pricing and their customer service is typically responsive within a day, even if actual issue resolution takes longer.

Very nice. This is the best platform we've found for integrating event ticketing into Shopify. Still isn't 100% of what we'd like to see functionality wise but the dev team really puts in work and tries to solve issues as they can. I'm sure the platform will continue to grow and I think therefore is worth the time investment. Thank you guys. Updated Review: The dev team has been so helpful with any and all questions. Since our last review, we've reached out a handful of times with urgent issues and they've helped resolve critical issues within 48 hours.

Very useful and helpful with lots of features!

A very complete APP, we have tested 2 more and this is the one that has best adapted to our needs, plus the customer service is the best of all. They respond quickly and even make video demos to answer all your questions. I definitely recommend it

Sadly, although they show signs of promise the Ap and the Customer service is slow. Known issues they haven't resolved for some 2-3 months: #1 - Can't send attendee messages - we've been told this is disabled because of spam. We need to do this regularly to send out information before an event. They've said, "we'll fix it soon" #2 - The dang purple help window is in the way of a key button that allows you to execute a command. No matter if on mobile or desktop that help window blocks a critical save button - we've told then and gotten no response. #3 - Slow server. So we have multiple dates that need to be selected, often the calendar takes too long to load (even with exceptional wifi) and our customers select an option without a date - which then doesn't create a valid ticket and a lot of extra work. #4 - Attendee lists are not searchable as indicated with search bar. Multiple people have tried in a list of 100 to find their name and it does not search properly. There are more issues, I just can't name all the ones not resolved. This ap is probably ok if you don't ask anything of it. But we used to do something like 1000 tickets a month with them and it's been lots of extra work on our end, thus making it more expensive than other similar aps. We love this app and came over from EventBrite an use it for multiple events throughout the year for the last 3+ years. Customer service is always top notch - specially Myam & Mary who we've worked with on multiple tech areas whenever we needed extra support. Fully customizable and integratable with well thought of features, we recommend this app to anyone lookings to have an easy stress-free event!

Super Easy!

We are using Evey for makeup classes and workshops we will host. It's super easy to use, and keeps all of our customer data in the same place. Makes it a breeze to run our entire business on Shopify!

The app has a few kinks to smooth out but I'm thoroughly happy using it because of the customer support experience that I've had with Mary Bernadeth. She helped me very quickly and guided me through the app which made things easier for me to understand. She gave me links with pictures to help me set things up as well as made personalized videos to further help me with things that I didn't understand.

SOOOO easy to use! Loving it! Usually setting up a new app is so painful and confusing, but Evey is completely intuitive. My first event was up and running in no time!

I use this app for virtual events, and I think it's great. I've had many questions when trying to customize everything, and customer service has not only been super helpful but also responded quickly. I recommend this app to anyone looking for an efficient app to manage events.

App is a bit finicky to use at times, especially when updating existing events to a new date. It does work and get the job done though. Support is excellent, had a minor graphical issue I needed help with and they had it fixed in less than an hour from E-mailing them for help.

We have been using Evey for 9 months, and we use it for a very unique use case for selling travel tours and packages (not event tickets). We knew that we would be pushing the platform to its limits, and Evey app managed to get us this far which is great. Evey Customer Support Team (Ron, Mary, and Hannes) have been incredibly helpful and responsive to our queries. We realize that our use case is not what Evey was built for, so we appreciate the team trying to help whenever possible. Overall, we recommend using Evey for the following reasons: 1. Easy to use app interface 2. Relatively fast loading of the datepicker component on your event page 3. Responsive design of the event calendar popup whether displayed on mobile or desktop 4. Covers many use cases for events and ticketing. 5. Custom tailor-made app for events Overall, we are happy with the software and recommend it to anyone looking for a robust ticketing solution. There are definitely areas for improvement, but those are specific to our very unique use case which is not applicable to 99% of potential users.

App works like a charm and the customer support in extremely responsive.

Easy to understand, intuitive interface, great support. UPDATE: We have had various issues since writing this review, and we cannot get any of our issues sorted. There are limitations we are not happy with - for eg. we are not able to export a month's worth of orders - this seems like a basic function? The automated email reminders are not working with no timeframe for when this will be up and running again. We'll be lucky if its working within 12 months, as no one seems to care.
