New to this app and still trying to figure things out but the customer service has been excellent and so responsive. They're been great walking me through it all to get my shops synced.

Fantastic app, easy to use and when an issue did arise the support team were amazing and rectified the issue straight away

This app has been wonderful! It helped me easily sync all of my products so now I no longer have to manually change inventory quantities. I had a bit of a issue understanding a few things at first but i reached out to customer service which is 24/7 on the weekdays, the customer service rep answered all of my questions and explained things to me thoroughly & quickly. I would definitely recommend this app!

Amazing customer support! Very responsive. I had a particular request on functionality and within 24 hours they had their developers reconfigure the app so that it worked exactly the way I needed it to. Now THAT is amazing! Kind, friendly, and supportive staff (Jillian and Kabin). Absolute top notch!

I greatly appreciate the amount of time this app saves me! I'm a product designer and retail store manager, not a programmer, so I'm grateful for the customer support being available at all hours with help for my questions. I have a lot of products, so the unlimited version is great for me! This is the best deal for integration with other platforms.

This app does not work if you already have products on Etsy and if they have variations that do not exactly or precisely match the ones on Shopify. Also if you do not have SKUs on Etsy that would match with the ones on Shopify, this app will not be able to sync your products. However, they do respond very quickly if you need assistance. Since we had hundreds of products without SKUs on Etsy, we were not able to use this app.

Hi, Wow if you are thinking about how to steamline your transition... Choose this app! It's amazing!! Not only is the app amazing the support I've had today to migrate my products over to Etsy today has been fantastic! I had an error message with my zip code & contacted the support team. The rep SuryaS I've dealt with today has been fantastic! He listened & quite quiclky worked out what was going wrong which was nothing to do with app Thankyou! Highly recommend

Ich nutze die App von Digi Product Labs, um meine Shopify-Artikel auch bei Etsy anzubieten, da ich handbedruckte Kleidungsstücke in meinem Shop verkaufe. Kabin und Jeevan vom Kunden-Support haben sich viel Zeit genommen, um mit mir jedes kleine Detail zu besprechen und all meine Probleme zu lösen. Sie sind sehr höflich und kulant mit ihren Kunden. Kann ich empfehlen!

Wanted to explore new markets with Etsy having all centralized in Shopify, thanks to this app I was able to Sync products, orders inventories etc.. the team is also supportive replying quickly.

This app is the best app i have used, tried so so many but.... simple and easy and the customer service is 1000/10 this is coming from someone who hardly writes reviews but this is so deserved. its a great app and saves me hours uploading, keeps all of my inventory sinked and notifies me when i get etsy sales on shopify tooo. i cannot reccomend enough !!

Hands down the best APP and service with the my Shopify to Etsy integration. Had a couple very specific to me blips and they were ON IT! Clear communication, worth every penny! Buy this APP! I loaded to Shopify and the App loaded to Etsy. It does not get any easier. If you get stuck they will walk you thru every single step.

Have used other apps in the past for Etsy that didn't work well. So happy I found this! Right away the app was easy to use and clear on integration. Contacted customer support to upload products and Kabin G was amazing! Thanks so much for this wonderful app!

This app is amazing and flawless. It syncs in the products to Etsy and all the orders come through to Shopify. I've had no issues with it until tonight it was a bit slow and contacted customer service via chat (I was surprised anyone responded at 2 am)! This is one of the best apps on Shopify. Recommend 100%.

Brillant customer service way better than Etsy, they will even help you to solve what you might have messed up in Etsy and chat with you for an hour until your problem is fixed. They are awesome and highly recommended
