WOW! Some of the best customer service. Ritik helped me get our inventory all straightened out by going an hour on the phone with us. We struggle to ensure our Shopify products are pushed to Etsy and he assured us they would. He even offered to check it weekly for us! How nice! Can not thank this app enough for taking a process off our hands.

It would be great if we could remove old listings from the app ourselves, but in the meantime I found support was really helpful and Ritik helped me get my listings tidied up.

My experience so far has been amazing. Tech support from Aman has been great. Aman was able to correct my syncing error and when I asked to show me my error, I was shown what the error was and how to correct it. Thank you again!

Shika Chaturvedi is a great IT person! she specifically helped me resolve an error in my one of my orders.. it was showing up as a failed order :-( ...so I reached out the online help and within a few minutes Shika was there to assist me! If you need any kind of assistance at any time of the day they are there to help. Its so nice to have help when you get frustrated! Thank you so,so much Shika!!!

Very good app for Etsy integration. There was a little bit of a learning curve at first, but overall the app works well for real-time updates on your inventory and pricing. I used Chat for help and they were very fast to respond. Adarsh was very helpful and patient with my questions and concerns and solved my issues quickly.

Somewhat hard to navigate but easily done with the assistance of their staff. Wonderful and friendly. They know how to use the app well with all the experience they have. Very helpful and understand problems you have and can solve them

Be prepared to work with the support team to link produts. It can be complicated. Luckily the support team is amazing and friendly and will spend as much time with you as needed :)

5 Stars - I have used many shopify apps and what separates the great from the good is the custoemr service. Cedcommerce have been far and away the most helpful team in getting us onboarded. I have spoken to 4 different team members and all have been very helpful and friendly. They were even on their chat over the bank holiday weekend. Have yet to review how well the software works for us but so far so good.

Overall a great experience with their customer service! Looking forward to keeping working with them and giving a future update on it.

This app is absolutely game changing for my business. The features that it allows make it so easy for orders and inventory to be tracked and seen. We use a 3rd party logistic centre to fulfil orders and Cedcommerce Etsy app makes the whole process easy. The support team is also incredibly supportive. I recently linked a preorder function to my website and struggled to work out how to manage inventory, Adarsh from the support team guided me quickly and easily through every step to ensure the process was functioning and I wasn't missing out on sales. I am very grateful they have created this helpful app as it makes my life so much easier!
