First of all the app is very easy to configure and with basic knowledge also very easy to customize. You will have to do some trial and error but you will get the hang of the settings very quickly. I ran into a problem with setting up the delivery time information in our order confirmation email. I also have no clue about coding. Jay from the support team was very friendly and replied quickly and professional to my inquiry. The issue wasn't too easily resolved as it took a couple of trys to get the right configuration. Also that we are based in Germany and everything has to be localized surely didn't help the cause. Afer a short time (under 90 minutes) all issues were resolved and the app is working flawlessly. I am very happy with the support I received and recommend Setubridge to everyone without hesitation. Thanks again to Jay. Maybe it works. However, set-up is super hard, not Global ETA rules available for free or Startup plas as advertised. Upgraded to Startup version to unlock Global ETA rules, but discovered that only Growth plan offers it.
