The app is not loading. None of the buttons of the navigation buttons can be clicked on. There is no live chat inside the app. App not working + 0 support = 1 star. Of course I would update my review if the app was working but it's not.

fantastic customer service. fantastic app. i love it. it makes it simple and easy to display estimated delivery dates. i had an issue where the widget stopped displaying. so i reached out to customer service and it was fix by the next time i looked. hats off to customer service. had to write a review for such fantastic service
