Excellent customer service/support. Had some issues setting up the gallery the way we wanted - live chat help, sorted in a few minutes, gave some screenshot tips on how to get settings properly setup. Have now purchased subscription.

Helpful app & great customer support

Works well, but it's not the most intuitive interface. There is some documentation available, and the live chat support is fantastic at helping figure things out though! Definitely recommend giving it a shot.

Quick and helpful customer service is the difference between a good app and a great app and this is a great app! Once we got it set up it's really easy to manage photos and looks very nice on the site.

After just 10 minutes of me signing on the help started. Wow. This is a level of service I really appreciate. And the product? It is WONDERFUL! I love using Essential Grid Gallery! I am finally able to display my products in a beautiful way. Displaying gorgeous product images with a secondary image while hovering the product image and linking directly to my product buy window. The gallery is easliy customable and is so much better than other app I have used in the past. And the customer support so far has been top notch and super responsive! I could not be more pleased:) Thank you:)

Overall a very good product and we were able to get all the features we were looking for. The support from the team is special - we got answers in a very short time and special problems were solved within one day - perfect support and perfect help.

We had downloaded a few different apps trying to get exactly what we were after and none of them suited us until we found this one! So many options to get it looking how you want it to and love the option we have to remove the branding - thank you!! :-)

The app is fantastic - extremely customizable. Tried quite a few apps before landing on this one. In addition the service is fantastic they work on weekends and all hours to make fixes ASAP. Highly recommend.

I'm setting up a new online business and needed a Gallery page. My programmer referred me to Essential Grid Gallery and set up the basics. I just now needed help so I jumped into the chat and my needs have been resolved quickly and very efficiently. I'm loving Essential Grid Gallery!!

Outstanding support. We are using it to filter our blog and we are hoping for even more options here, but it is the best so far that I could find on the whole App store for that. It looks amazing and really brings it visually to a new level.

The UI is a bit difficult / advanced, but once you understand the logic it works well.

Good job done by the team. They were really helpful.

Serves its purpose well but can be a bit fiddly getting to know the ropes. Customer service responded quickly and helped me with problems of images not showing on mobile.
