I would highly recommend using this app if you need an announcement bar that moves, you can change the everything to fit your needs, you can change the font, the font color, the color of the background, and also the size of the font. These guys know what they're doing, and also have great customer support! The app's UI is great, and makes designing and implementing the widgets stress free and easy. Fully compatible with Shopify 2.0 and utilises "app embed" which makes life alot easier, especially for multi-language stores. The only downside I would say is that there is a bit lacking in terms of design, but they have assured me they are already working on suggestions I made. I also understand that the more they open it up for others to play about with, it can potentially negate the hard work they have put into making their app/widgets universally very pleasing from a UI/UX perspective. Keep up the good work peeps
