As a beginner in online sales, I find Eprolo to be very convenient. Their platform is very simple and mostly straightforward. Similar to Oberlo, Eprolo handles the shipping and imports products from Aliexpress. Eprolo allows you to fulfill customer orders in mass by simply checking which orders to fulfill and paying the cost via Paypal. A major feature of Eprolo is the logo printed shipping label. This makes it so all items are packaged within one box with your logo on it, making the orders you ship feel much more official. The newest feature that has kept me with Eprolo is their Express Shipping. Normal Aliexpress shipping takes forever, sometimes arriving in unpredictable ways. Eprolo used to rely on the same E-Packet shipping methods, but their new Express Shipping is a game changer. Eprolo's Express Shipping is incredibly fast and reliable, always arriving less than 2 weeks. I've only had to spend $2 (occasionally $4) for shipping, even for large orders. There are a few kinks that gives the app a beginner feeling, but the advantages make them worth overlooking. One kink to note, items with only one variant will still show a dropdown choice menu on your store page. Do not use the normal method of deleting the variable, as this ruins Eprolo synchronization. To fix this issue, set the variant name to "Default Title". It will keep synchronization with Eprolo and remove the variant dropdown menu. Also the option name must be "Title"

I recently switched from Oberlo to EPROLO. When I used Oberlo I was juggling multiple suppliers and the fastest, cheapest shipping was 12-20 days. Now EPROLO is my main supplier so I don't have to worry about my customers getting multiple packages. They also offer cheap express shipping or free shipping. EPROLO is always working on upgrading their app. Some may not like dealing with a new APP and that's totally fine. I on the other hand am looking forward to growing right a long with them.

I used this app to add great products to my store. It is very easy to use and add. I would love to have an even bigger choice as I would use only this app. The free worldwide shipping is something I never expected and cannot wait to use my logo on the packages and the best is the app is always free.

I really like it, fast replying all my questions and good customer service. Not sure why is not showing on the app store anymore.

I'm not gonna use but 1 or 2 items from this app because I tested shipping for 1 item and its passed the 15-20 days stated and the tracking is horrible and I don't want my customers to go through this.

Just started using the app lots of features and lots of products very interested in the custom boxes no other app is offering this.

I used this app to get great products. Eprolo, has curated products that customers can buy with confidence. I have no problems with this application. I have used this app to find hard to find items that other drop shipping apps cannot.

very nice and easy to use.. shipping could be faster some customers wait up to 6 weeks for a drop ship... not very nice

I have been using this app for more than a month now and what i can say is that Paul has been the best Customer Service Agent ever. Eprolo is the best dropshipping app on the app store for the moment. I have tried a lot from dropified to oberlo to spocket..etc and I sincerly find eprolo to be much better! Keep up the good work. Kudos !

the support team is not cooperative, every imported item takes ages to import upto one week for a single product to import. its better to list manually rather than using this app.

This app has given me some great products. I think it could be better if the Free plan included more products but I understand

Absolutely fantastic support. I have asked lots of questions and always been super helpful i have imported products too and they have been approved and added to the site It would be nicer if there were some cheaper items so that we could compete with similar marketplaces though.

I use this side by side with Oberlo, This App is laggy and at times turns every title the same .. ex if I have something titled Forest pendant and I alter the description and price the rest of the items in the import list change to that Title Forest Pendant and I have to close the app and reopen it to go away Recently I asked a question and my reply was : Rick: Sorry, these products are U.S based and we can not dropship. 2018-12-21 09:44:47 I did not ask them to dropship I inquired If they could get a few products FROM CHINA! Not The US ... you know they ask us to ask them So umm yeah just another wannabe Oberlo app IMO AFTER I Clicked "Submit Review" it gave me another window wanting to delete my 1 star review LOLOL

This app saves a ton of time and energy so we can devote our attention to enhancing our store and concentrate on marketing and customer service. When the Express U.S. shipping is available, it should result in increased traffic and sales. Thank you!

I use EPROLO very comfortably.The Staff and Rick are pretty helpful. Whatever they said is kept and that makes you feel confident wit your customer relations.And what is incredible for me is to see all this service is FREE.I highly recommend EPROLO to all online sellers!

Most amazing thing is they charge nothing on this, This App is the best App I have ever found! Also, they have the best products listed which I can also find from Aliexpress. But I will stick with Eprolo because they are so professional on the knowledge of shipping and products. Highly recommended!

Has some potential but right now it's not worth it. Support are great at sourcing products quickly and efficiently. I haven't sent out any orders with them so can't comment on that. For now I will stick with CJ Dropshipping.

I find the app to be extremely user friendly. The apps team members are very helpful and super fast at responding to literally any query and they always get things done as fast as possible. The app has made sourcing products a breeze, once again thanks to the fantastic team. Will definitely be sticking with Eprolo for a long long time.
