I was having trouble understanding myorders, and Eve helped me resolve it, although the app can take 24 hours to respond, she responded to me immediately, practically an online chat.

So far the experience is good, I have not got many order on my store as it ws recently created, support is good they usually reply within 24 hours.

I am very satisfied with the Eprolo app and their excellent customer support. The app is easy to use and offers a great range of products. Kaylee has been great! As someone who has worked with multiple agents. Kaylee from eprolo has been by far the best. I have stayed with her for about 8 months simply because she goes above and beyond. From reccomending products, to new markets and new opportunities, ways to lower cost etc. She does a wonderful job at handling the inventory and monitoring things so i can focus on scale and front end issues. I would highly recommend!

I have been using EPROLO for over a year, I am very satisfied with the service. In addition, customer service responds quickly, which is very important. Shipping times are on average fast. I am very satisfied, the only thing I would improve is making possibile to know through their integration with shopify if a product you have imported is out of stock. Apart from that, really very satisfied I recommend it
