Awesome app! The help was next level. I couldn't work out a few things in installing it or customising the look and they we're super helpful in doing it all for me. Would definitely give them a go if you need add ons to your products. It functions well and the products are add to the cart as they should without affecting any other apps functioning correctly.

We needed an app where we could manually choose products to associate with our products. Spice Gems actually offers 2 different options with this app and the Easy Related Items app, We chose Product Addons for now. The customer service is EXCELLENT! Excellent support. I asked them to implement an idea I had and it was done in no time. I wanted the ability to edit add-ons quickly from the product screen in the Shopify Admin. They added a shortcut to the dropdown in the top right corner of the screen in like a day.

First of all the app works great and the support response was 12-24 hours. They went above and beyond our expectations. However, the app is not as intuitive as we would have liked so that you have to jump back and forth to different screens. But, they did listen to our feedback and asked for details to give to developers. Even with that, we still liked the app so much that we added it to our other Shopify site.

Terrific app! We wanted a way to feature very specific hand-picked related items on some of our product pages. Tried a couple of similar apps - but the Spice Gems Product Addons app is perfect. Plus their support team even tweaked the CSS to match our theme. We're blown away. Great app and excellent support. The Spice Gems app is a "GEM".

Since we installed the add on app our average order value has increased. Support has been extremely helpful and fast too.

This app was pretty good out of the box, but we noticed that there were some potential enhancements that would make our lives easier and simplify the ordering process for our customers (sorting add-ons in a Collection and not just a Product). We requested this added functionality and the SG development team executed the enhancement perfectly. They were in constant contact with us throughout the request and fulfillment process and the finished product is brilliant.

We reached out to Spicegems to help us with the install on our website. They did it within 24 hours and we were up and running! They also helped us fix some display issues on Mozilla. Definitely recommend.

The app worked great for the first month. Then I asked for help on some issue on my website that this app was making not work and they fixed that but their app stopped working. Now I have ask for help and it has been 10 days without an answer. I loved it so much that is why I waited with the app not working for so long, but after 10 days without answer I have decided today to unninstall it. If you need this the app works great but if you need some help be careful with the customer service.

I installed this app on a clients website and was immediately bombarded with additional sales from the few items I recommend to add to the cart. The team also helped me customise the app with CSS to give it a better look on my shop and I cannot be happier :) Thanks guys
