• Downloaded the app • Followed the instructions Didn't work. No problem. It happens. • Reached out to support • Took a while for a response When we did receive the response, the tech support guy was somewhat nice, until he asked us if he could fix our problem with the app not working the next day because "He was very tired." Now... that's what he said when we had traffic running. He said he fixed it, still didn't display on our site with a free theme. Part 2. We installed the app and only had 2 DAYS then uninstalled because- It didn't work. So guess what happened next? We got billed for a free trial when we only had for 2 days. Reached out to support about the charge and they told us to contact Shopify for the refund because it's up to them basically. Reached out to Shopify support and sent them a screenshot of the conversation. They had to send a ticket to Thimatic. Will never invest in another app from this company 1 star. Completely unacceptable and ridiculous

I have tried many apps, but every app had some short comings,Discount box is amazing very flexible and you can use almost any kind of discounts you can imagine and customer service is 5 star.He fixed all my issues and went and beyond to make sure everything working perfectly. I am glad i found this app

The support team is very helpful. The app was not working at the first place, turns out another app I have is affecting this app. The support team carefully guide me through all the steps to make the app working. This is the app I have been waiting to find!! Honestly can do everything I need it to do and with Black Friday approaching I'm now going to be very creative in what type of discounts I can offer as it can pretty much do anything! At the start I had problems trying to make the app work for me but once I popped a message to the support team they worked non stop to get it rectified for me. I really cannot fault them in anyway. Would highly recommend this app

App is really good and support is prompt. App does the job well in Free plan as well, unlike other apps. My only concern is there should be an option to apply discounts through codes.

The app doesn't work properly at the beginning. I got a good help at the chat center. To improve the app, could be a good idea to show the popup at the homepage. I recommend the app.

I selected this app on design and it is so much more. Very user friendly and I was able to personalize it exactly how I wanted it. I wish other apps were as good. Great work guys
