Emotive is an excellent SMS partner. They provide consistent, excellent support, resources, content ideas, copywriting, GIFs, and more. Our CSM reaches out very regularly, makes himself available to us, and goes above and beyond. Our experience with Emotive is night and day compared to our old provider, Opt It. The cost and terms are more than reasonable. I highly recommend this company!

Truly the best onboarding experience I've ever had with a marketing app! Brian and the team were a delight to work with and complete pros. They made beautiful automations that were completely on brand for us and are already generating serious new sales and customer acquisitions. We saw 16x ROAS in the first month alone. The Emotive team invested hours in teaching us how to get the most from their software and from SMS marketing in general. Cannot recommend these folks enough!

Emotive is our go-to SMS app. The program is super easy to use, and the support we get is unreal. With an account rep, and a dedicated copywriter there is nothing missing with this app. They are able to help us plan out sales to run, they give us information on performance, THEY WRITE COPY WHICH IS HUGE! Not only that, but they respect that we are a small company and have been incredibly helpful in making our money go the farthest and ensure our ROI is what we want! Cannot recommend more!

Emotive is simple to use as this has allowed us to reach out customers in a more direct manner which has resulted in constant conversion for our brand. The support staff is also great!

I have been with emotive when they first started out. I was not familiar with text marketing and wasn't sure how effective it would be, but for the price I was willing to try out and I've been with them for over a year so I am glad I went with them. Communication with them has always been prompt and reliable. My favorite aspect is they send me ideas of what I should send as texts to customers so I'm not left wondering what would be a good thing to send out. I will be sure to use Emotive with every business I start.

I would definitely recommend Emotive. We find it a useful tool and we're very happy that we work with Emotive. Our CSM is the BEST. She's literally the best CSM we've ever had - across every platform we use. It's easy and user friendly. 10/10

I've been an Emotive user for almost a year now and truly love it. It's easy to use and the best part -- the Emotive team is helpful and responsive. Emotive offers many usual features on the app, but what I love more is the excellent customer service from all depts. I'm a newbie and got lost in the many features. My account manager Jessica is patient, knowledgeable, and worked with me to tailor the usage to my needs. Colbi has been amazing with tech support and I'm also looking forward to working with a designated copywriter for all future messages.

Have been with Emotive for 2 years now, really like their hands of support approach. Also, the ability to use a normal phone number vs. short code is huge for a personal touch to the brand. Overall really solid experience!

If I could give less stars I would. Avoid this company! Costs way more than you may expect and after canceling with them and was told many times I wouldn't be billed as we have had difficult year, their billing department is relentlessly trying to bill me every month all year even after multiple emails from them telling me it shouldn't happen again. Research other more affordable options

The experience with emotive has been so amazing. The entire team, especially Stephanie is amazing. I'm looking forward to success with this company.

The training the Emotive team gave us was incredible and very informative. We are able to navigate the different areas we use easily and quickly, while seeing results immediately.
