Great customer support as well as a great tool for exit offers. Strongly recommend.

TL;DR - Very happy with the app as well as the customer service. Only gripe would be how limiting the templates can be, and even then the Optimonk team is more than willing to help. The Optimonk Team have been very responsive and very helpful! Both Geosh and Nicole have been quick to respond and very easy to reach. The system is easy to use, but the templates available are a bit limiting. If you enjoyed the look of one template, but wanted a feature that wasn't available on it originally (say a countdown timer), you're unfortunately stuck. It is possible to build a template, though it would take some knowledge with HTML, CSS and Javascript coding expertise in order to build them. The team at Optimonk were great and helped with building similar campaigns like above, but custom work like this is a slow process that takes time to develop.

Optimonk has dramatically increased lead captures on our site and we have definitely noticed a lot more people utilising discount codes as a result of the 'coupon code reminder' feature! The service and support are top-notch, so I would recommend this app to anyone wanting to improve their e-commerce performance.

OptiMonk has fantastic options, and the level of care that support demonstrates is absolutely wonderful! They check in on to see if you need help with anything, and should you have any issues and they are on top of it right there to help you every step of the way. Love it!

Great app! Very easy to use, converting very well.

I was stuck choosing between the different pop up services and went with OptiMonk. I was not disappointed! The pop up designs are great as well as the targeting options! I love how I'm only charged based on site views which is flexible.

Easy to use, excellent support.

Great App, very easy to use. We have been able to generate custom pop-ups for different areas of the site with ease. Would highly recommend.

It's really pretty good. It has some great segmentation abilities within the app for display rules. Support is good (sometimes a little slow, but they always have been able to fix any issues!). I've used ALL the other apps, and this one is the easiest to use and has the best UI. There's always more we (shopify owners) want as far as functionality, but it does a really good job and will be the best option for 95% of stores out there.

Ran into a bit of a setback when first installing the app and subscribing, but Customer Support was quick and effective. This service is easy to use, thorough and presents many different suggestions and alternatives. The best part? They send great content to help you make better use if their options. Absoulutely recommended.

Optimonk's customer service is amazing. They were able to take my brand's custom font and add it to my dashboard for use in all my ads which their competitors were unwilling to do. They walked me through creating pop ups carefully explaining each step. It's been super helpful for my business to have such an easy app to rely upon for pop ups.

A really useful, versatile app that has helped a huge amount in increasing my subscriber numbers as well as capturing sales from those I likely wouldnt have got sales from. I love the split testing functionality as well as the huge number of options that really helps me to personalise what type of visitor is shown what, based on their activity. Highly recommended.

OptiMonk is the most valuable pop up system, i had ever tried. The intelligence pop up technology simple awesome! It has doubled the number of subscribers in a very short time. They have excellent costumer support, very practical blog with many useful article and ideas, so easy to grow. Highly recommended, if you want to take the business to a higher level.

Overall a very positive experience. It is easy and intuitive to create pop-ups and rules for when they should fire. In addition to this, the app also integrates well with all of my favorite email marketing tools. For this reason I would recommend OptiMonk.

OptiMonk has been working great for us! If I could only afford one app, get OptiMonk. We got ROI right away, and it keeps on generating sales. I suggest linking it to your Google Analytics account (although not necessary), to see exactly how your campaigns are working. Such a great tool that is super easy to use! Everyone with an online store should get OptiMonk!

It is a solid app so far, however, I have not fully explored it. I will be leaving an update review in another month after more experience with this promising app.

Excellent app. Best pop up app that we have used. Easy to set up & also has some great options for more advanced pop-ups (set countries, time, pages visited etc)
