So far so good. I am trying the free plan. The design process is good and has many features. There are many templates. The support team is really fast and responsive.

Redirects my customers to THEIR website. Supposed to be an app which increases MY conversion and keeps people on MY website... instead when they 'win' on the spinning wheel it takes them to their website to subscribe. Outrageous!

This app really is awesome! The customer service of Anna and Fruzsi are very responsive and professional. They make sure that your issues are resolved quickly and will follow up to check on you. They even review the settings you never asked about to ensure everything is working as it should if they are integrated with another app and make recommendation. Honestly, in my opinion Optimonk is one of the, if not THE best app that I've had over the past 2 years and I recommend it highly.

We have used OptiMonk for several years and have been very satisfied, both with the features and the service from their team. It's very refreshing to have a program that just does what it says it can do, and a team that actually listens to your feedback to make improvements and responds quickly when you have time sensitive needs. Are there other services out there that do similar things? Sure, but I doubt we'll ever find the need to use them, because we have no plans of leaving OptiMonk.

Had a really good experience with this app. The interface is really intuitive and easy to use but the customer service was standout.
