I’ve never written an app review before but the support is so great for Editorify I had to make time! Moshe is sooo helpful and responsive you can’t go wrong. Only issue I have is switching over to this new review app I have to enter all my current Shopify reviews manually to match new reviews set up. Otherwise it’s fairly easy to import reviews from Etsy.

So far, this app does everything I need it to! I had to contact them regarding a couple of changes and they responded quickly. They were able to change one issue right away! The other was just a personal preference and they had to look into it. They emailed me within 24 hours and it couldn't be changed unless it was changed for everyone... which I understand. I just appreciate that they handled my questions so well and actually tried to make those changes for me. Thank you again!!

Well this is the best app Ive found for importing reviews from multiple sources. It's very easy to set up and very user friendly. Their support is exceptional ! They will get back to you fast and in my experience do everything possible to assist. Highly recommend this app <3 Great support once again, my support request was literally answered in minutes. This app makes it so simple to import reviews for your products from all over the place. I recently had a small issue that I couldn't figure out so I reached out to the Editorify staff via email and asked a question... well, I got more than a reply; I got some real on-the-spot assistance. They worked with me step by step and made it so simple. I really never leave reviews on anything. But these guys are just impressive. Keep up the great work Editorify!

I used this app to get reviews for my store and it worked seamlessly! The plugin feature on google chrome is super useful and they provide lots of personalising . The support I received when querying a billing charge was super fast, effective and we resolved the matter with ease and convenience.

Absolutely incredible. Because of this app I went from $0 sales to a sale a day consistently, not even changing ad spend. This app is super powerful - lets you fix grammar mistakes and change name from "AliExpress Shopper" to "Michael" or whatever. You can also import photos, videos, select what type of reviews and how many you want... The possibilities are truly endless. This is 100% the best app I've ever used for importing products. I asked customer service for help and they immediately answered, guiding me thru with video and live chat If you get it you 100% will not regret.

This is, in my opinion the best app for importing reviews to your store. I'd tried another one that took a number of steps to get the job done, but Editorify is seamless! I don't dread the task of importing reviews anymore. I also needed to contact their support team about an issue, and they responded almost immediately to assist - in a friendly and helpful manner. They don't leave you hanging for hours (or even days) on a support ticket. So glad I made the switch to you guys at Editorify! I recommend them without hesitation.

Love this app, super simple to use, amazing looking widget easy for amazon reviews and the support team is incredible! They respond quickly and will fix whatever your problem is :)

Editorify is by far the BEST product reviews app on the market! Not only is their software unbelievably reliable, their customer service is absolutely out of this world! I highly recommend this app, you won't regret it

I suggest that the customer reviews should be after the product description but before the Related Products. They are willing and made the changes within half hour. Thanks with much appreciation. Whenever there are issues, they response and resolve the issues within 24 hours.

I used this app for about 8 weeks, it did exactly as described and worked great within the site, the customer service is quick to respond and very helpful. I longer need the app so I deleted and was having issues with the remaining code, the customer service reacted very quickly and removed all issues. highly recommend and will reinstall in my new store.

Easy to install and relatively simply to use. Had a few teething issues but really impressed with how quickly they were rectified. Allows you to select and amend the reviews and once you import they are on the product straight away. No need to do anything else. Only critique though is it would be better if you could quickly filter by rating so you don't have to keep scrawling through, but other than that, happy so far.
