This is my 1st time in years building a website. I reviewed several web building apps and decided to go with EComposer. From the time I started using it in February of this year, I have only had to reach out 2x for support with tonight being my 2nd contact and I have the Free plan for now. When I begin scaling, I will definitely move to a paid plan. Jade was helpful and patient with me tonight helping me with non-life threatening issues. I really appreciate these guys and I have no reason to think about switching to another provider. Kudos to you EComposer. I'm going to work on my Landing Page later in the week. A quick glimpse on the steps to build a landing page tells me that is going to be a walk in the park!!! Thank you guys and Jade!

I couldn't use the Video Background feature that they have available. I had to switch back to another Store

It was a great experience using Ecomponse. Making my webshop was super easy. Even without any coding skills, simple drag-and-drop made everything so easy to learn. I only had one little issue but Elise from customer service helped me right away and solved it. Highly recommended!

Quick support, great app!

EComposer has some great templates and their pricing plans fit us perfectly - much better than most other page builders. Sadly we cannot continue using this due to us experiencing issues as the application appears to be causing our computers to run slowly when using the Editor. Strangely, other users don't seem to have this issue. The customer support has been very good, they are very responsive.

I had a great experience with Lily from EComposer. She promptly guided me through deleting a product page and restoring the default theme page using helpful images. One of the most important aspects for me is customer support. Here, you find customer support that feels like they are waiting for you to breathe so they can offer their assistance. I'm not just talking about support while using the app, but also when canceling my subscription. I want to thank Anna in particular for her meticulous follow-up and exceptional care that makes you feel like you are their most important customer. She communicated with me through every channel to provide updates on my requests. They provide customer service that I believe is rarely found.
