I have been using this app for about a week now and after playing around with it, I have been able to learn how to use it pretty good. I just ran into an issue with adding too many product grids and got an error message that I couldn't figure out. I reached out to support and got the issue resolved in about 10min. Support was very helpful, fast, and friendly. I honestly do think this is an app someone should use for their store. Many apps come with a lot of BS but this app is one that I have nothing bad to say about it. Lily from support is the best. Thank you for your help Lily.

Complete begginer in here, so I had to contact the support, they responded me so quick and Lily helped me so much when I needed even tho being newbie questions. I recommend this app

Just worked with customer service (Elise) and it was the best support I have ever received. I had a problem with designing a specific feature and within about 2 minutes I received a personalised video of how to fix the problem (using my store).

So far this is a very good page builder with very helpful support staff like Susa, who is happy to help you with your questions.

This app is great. I got stuck with an issue and needed assistance. Lily replied very quickly and answered all my questions and fixed my issue. It was a pleasure to have her as my customer service rep.

Tried all the page builders, and then I found this one. It is feature-rich and just works, unlike some of the others. Anytime I have had an issue or wanted to do something and was not sure how, support helps me right away. Like within a few seconds, they are on chat with you. Great app. Thanks! would recommend, easily customable, and helpful staff

Only currently using the free version as I wanted to make a new home page and test the app before committing to paying each month. Anyway, spent quite a while working on my page and once I felt satisfied, I published it BUT it turns out that I had accidentally made a normal page, not a home page lol. I had no idea how to sort it so I contacted the live support. I got connected to Susan who was there to help straight away and within a few minutes she gave me all the information I needed to solve my problem. Brilliant customer service! Brilliant app! Thank you :)
