There was a little problem, and it was solved very quickly, perfectly.

Makes the process of building a beautiful pages with Shopify so simple, is very intuitive and whenever you need help the team is there to provide you with real solutions and they make sure to solve your problems. Highly recommend!

While the App was easy to implement and customer support is very friendly, we've encountered some weaknesses after a year of use: Slow response from the development team regarding raised issues. Occasional difficulty for the customer support team in grasping requirements. Instances where the team faced challenges in resolving certain issues, leading to dead ends.

Honestly I am a very skeptical person when it comes to page builders since my last experience with pagefly, when I saw that I could publish 3 pages I was a bit cautious since I did not want to waste my time ,but they had just the templates I was looking for, not only do their free plan cover everything my online store needs but their customer service is by far one of the best ones, From the moment I struggled with using the page builder their support team made sure to help me every step of the way and I would like to send a special thank you to Elise who assisted me in technical support, I would recommend this page builder app to anyone starting out ,or has a tight budget, After my experience with them I am seriously considering paying for their pro features , that is how great they are , Thank you for your wonderful services Ecomposer,You now have a loyal customer on your side !

I've spent under 24 hours so far on the free plan and the support via online chat has been incredible. It's not obvious how much nudging and tweaking is required to get a 3rd party landing page friom any app to match styling on an existing site. The kind, patient, and expert support from Mia and Susan was essential to a successful outcome. We look forward to using this product ongoing and will be purchasing the paid version.

Great app to build your website exactly how you want it! The options and features are limitless and gives you the option to fully custom all areas of the website. Also incredible staff and customer service! They've helped with every question we've had throughout the process! Definitely recommend :)

Great app that has expanded the styling and functionality of my current theme, which is already full-featured on its own. EComposer allows for a more nuanced page design and works well alongside my Gecko 6 theme. I love that there's a free version up to 3 templates, and the support team has always been thorough and helpful when I have questions (Anna helped today!).

Jade did help me with a problem i had and we solved it together, really fast and quality service!

Really impressed with the Ecomposer app, it is much more user-friendly. The drag and drop builder is so easy and there are so many designs available. The support team is extremely helpful with quick responses, especially Andy, and Jade. We highly recommend this app.
