Andy from support has been quick and very helpful.

It pains me to do this but unfortunately I have to revise my review as they basically cost me everything and my entire store is shot because of their actions. Be aware that if you have to deactivate your store for any period of time, they will delete all of your templates and data after 30 days. This is what happened to me and it resulted in my entire business going under. Templates gone that I spent hundreds of hours creating and perfecting and even writing custom code for. It's just not a professional way to manage a service if you're charging the amount you are per month. I cannot recommend this app as they hold your data for ransom essentially and that's not fair to the user. This is not a good experience and it has cost me everything and a lot of wasted time and turmoil. They also will only email you the warning of deleted data about 1 day before they delete it which is malicious.

Support is absolutely amazing and quick! Susan was wonderful. The app itself is also a 5 star. It got my site from average to wonderful!

Easy to use for the most-part, but often find I run into really confusing problems that don't have straight-forward fixes. The support team are fantastic though!

I haven't been using this feature for too long yet, but so far it's very easy to use with still a lot of customizable options. I wanted to add a feature, and when I contacted support Olivia responded within minutes with a helpful correct answer. I also messed up part of the design and couldn't figure out what I did, so I messaged again and within a minute it was fixed. As someone that works with a lot of different systems, I can honestly say I haven't had someone that fast in a long time!

Makes it really easy to design pages. The customer service is fast and really great.

I am so happy that I chose the EComposer Landing Page Builder app. I really couldn’t have asked for a better website builder, it’s been so easy to use. It includes a ton of great features that you don’t see with other apps. Plus, I had a great experience with their customer support. I got help from an agent named Andy who was super nice and solved my issue quickly and easily.

The customer service was exceptional, as they kept me updated throughout the entire process. I had a question about the video uploading, and their support team responded promptly and professionally. Overall, my experience with Jade was outstanding.

This tool has been invaluable in helping me to design and build out my store on Shopify. The basic design tool was not enough to bring my vision to life.
