Andy the support executive was prompt and was able to resolve my query in a instant. as far as the tool goes i need to test it more to give a deeper review as of now it looks good.

So far so good. A relatively straight forward page builder, taking some time to get my head around what can be updated in EComposer and what has to be done through Shopify but getting there. Customer service on Chat is extremely quick and helpful, particularly from Olivia and David.

Amazing features and the customer service is so helpful and quick to respond. I really recommend the app to upgrade your store.

Great app. Pretty easy to use once you're familiar with the way the app. Plenty of themes and pages combination you can apply to your theme. They all have plenty of customization features!

Fantastic app - I have used dozens of different WP and Shopify page builders including PageFly and Tapita and even Azexo - this is undoubtedly the best and easiest to use, and the instant in-app online chat support is superb! Great customer support from David! I was having an issue while editing the page, but then David reached out to me and fixed the issue soon after I left a message on the chat. I'll explore the editor more and making a page with this app since it provides a clean and easy-to-use UI.

At first the support was Fantastic, quick and verry competent. I recommend these guys, but the quality in the support is up and down, make sure you get one of the good ones. The app has a nice price tag. After a day or two, the support was slower and slower. A few times the support person just stopped communicating with me. They just left. One time the support helped me with a thing and deleted everything that i had worked on for 4 days!! The comment was something like, "Next time, make sure you save before asking us to help you". This was scary, lucky you can go back in time to reload old versions. The without a doubt best consultant is Jennie, super competent and friendly. There wear several things that the app doesn't do, for example, you can't add a top menu. I needed a 3 step function to chose product that they could not get to work. Make sure you check the mobile version of your page. Mine was really ugly with formats that was really bad. They told me that they need to escalate it to the developers. Strange, since I only use their on built in functions.

Anna was very helpful, the app works brilliantly with unlimited features and very easy navigation. Thanks alot team.

I want to say that this plugin is very good. In addition, Andy responded very promptly. I think this plugin is better than pagefly. In this way, I will follow up to observe and give feedback on the usage experience again.
