Started to using it just now and the customer service has been great! They have helped me setting up the app.

This app is fantastic, Ecomposer adds a lot more design functionality to our Shopifiy store and it's so easy to use ... thanks to David from Ecomposer too who told me about the app and showed me how powerful and easy it was to get great-looking pages.

Andy from support has helped me get started in the right direction and given me some helpful tips in order to make the process easier. So 5 stars to Andy :)

I have used this app in another store and it gets the job done. Quick, easy, and with limitless features it is perfect for anyone who wants custom pages (3 free pages is also a bonus). In this store I needed help with a technical issue and a guy named Andy helped me fix my issue in less than 10 minutes. Super efficient and would totally recommend.

Wow! I was stuck at adding 3rd party review apps so just thought of trying the support. I knew they wouldn't reply. BUT! omg the response was very quick and to the point. Loved it! I will surely get a paid plan in the future. :D

Have been using the app for about 2 weeks and have created 3 landing pages. The app is quite easy to use, a few occasions I saved but it seems it hadn't saved properly and I lost some of my edits which is a bit frustrating. But anytime I had a question and needed support their response time was very fast. The last time I needed help Anna helped out and my problem was fixed within 3 emails. I'll be switching to the paid plan to create more pages.

I Love using this app. I have been searching for apps for page building and used many but after using Ecomposer I am totally in love with it. They have excellent customer support. Olivia, the customer representative, solved my problem within secs. Thank you Ecomposer.

David promptly answered my questions when I reached out to support through Facebook messenger. Excellent, timely help. Update: I have again been promptly helped out by David the second time through the FB Messenger chat. I recommend connecting to them through the FB Messenger app as they respond very quickly.

I downloaded the app into shopify and i thioght it worked seemlessly. I still requires some manual cut and paste, but the team really got it taken care quickly and with no hassle.

Best page builder ever, it saves a lot of time from coding and you can literally build amazing pages, the support is really great and very responsive especially Anna she helped me a lot

Fantastic app! I have tried LOTS of apps including Page Fly and this is much easier to use with brilliant customer service. I've had a lot of questions today as it's the first time I've used it and everything has been sorted for me, or I've been sent helpful videos showing me how to do it step-by-step. Thank you!

It's easy to use as compared to other apps and the interface is very comfortable to use they have a variety of free templates to use. The support team is also very cooperative, (especially Anna) I was having trouble with adding a page on my published shopify store but helped me out. It really was a great experience.
