There have been a few bumps hit while designing my store, like glitches with the live page view and with font selection. However, EComposer support has been excellent and quickly came to my rescue. Without their support I would still be going around in circles. They were persistent and kept on with me until my issue was resolved. The page builder has some great features and I'm looking forward to having a great website!

We're using this app to better tell our story on the About and FAQ pages. The default Shopify content is very limiting. The EComposer blocks and sections, however, have nice customization options. Coming from a WordPress block editor background, EComposer is easy to use. There are support articles and videos, but I did need the chat from inside Shopify to reach out about deleting a page, which seems silly. It wasn't a straight forward user experience and no article explained the steps. The online chat representative responded pretty quickly and shared the steps with words and a helpful screenshot.

I have several issues with my site, and the support team, Susan and Anna, responded with a perfect solution so quickly. The team can meet my critical business need as a good business partner.

The team at EComposer is amazing. Not only do they respond incredibly quickly to our questions, but they are pleasant, professional and super helpful. Going so far as to record a video to walk me through the issue I was having. They are great to work with and the app is a real game-changer for us. We can't recommend it enough.

The best APP on Shopify when you want to have more freedom when it comes to customizing your store in general. This APP has many useful features which are a must have for every modern store. The support team is awesome, especially Andy from the support team, who gave me a really quick solution. This is how APPs should work and what they should feature. I hope there is even more planned in the future because there is alot of potentional within the structure of this builder.
