i was struggling for a while to try to get a quiz onto my website so i decided to reach out for some help and i had jennie from support team help me within a few minutes i had the answer i needed. she was very helpful

Using EComposer to build my website and here are my experiences: Plus: - Many many stunning templates compared to other apps I’ve tried. They even add up every week - Editor is powerful if you get to know how to use it, I must say they have everything I can think of here, tons of options & elements. - Support is out of expectation, always online & instantly help us. They’ve gone extra miles with their service. Love Andy, Anna & Jade everyone who assisted me, kudos you guys! - The best thing is they give you a bunch of add ons that nowhere else does, I love the small yet effective extensions like Inactive browser tab, Content protection, etc. It saves me time & cost to install other apps. I found EComposer price is real good for the feature packs they offer. 


 Minus: - I got some minor issues until now (button on editor didn’t work once or twice, the app dashboard is blank and live chat lost once) but they resolved immediately after being noticed & it is more stable now. - Device responsive: They provide custom options for each device but I still hope there is a better level of auto responsive so that I can save time to custom the pages on mobile (FYI, they have a very active feature request channel so I put my suggestions there and they seriously considered adding it. Thanks for adding the sticky image and focal point) 

In general, I love EComposer & their people. We’ve got a beautiful website now & start to make money. Definitely recommend!

This app is really essential for everyone specially who doesn't have money to create and start their own businesses, their assessments are so responsive I was helped through my process with someone called Andy and he is very responsive and help me a lot with EComposer

Andy the staff member was very helpful when I was having trouble with Shopify and was always motivated throughout the day to help with anything, and I mean anything. Andy was very patient and guided me through the task. Well worth it.

Super easy and convenient. Also the support team is super helpful as well! I recommend for any first time website building.

Quick support, nice editor with all the features that you would need to design multiple very nice pages.

So this is my third Shopify store. I started back with my first store in 2016 and it was very successful. I still have it running today. I have seen many apps come and go. I've installed and used quite a few, but when I say EComposer has far exceeded my expectations. I've only had it a short time, but so far I am LOVIN' it. The ease of use is wonderful and customer service is 10 stars! I am so ready to rock this out on my latest store www.FourBlendedSistas.com I'll probably be up all night building pages and funnels. Definitely take time to check out this app. You won't regret it!

Absolutely love this app and the layouts make it super easy to use! I had a cache issue, but Andy from support answered in seconds, and we got the issue sorted immediately. Great app, great support, you can't go wrong!

Just installed this afternoon and my first impression is wow! Needed assistance with install and got a response and installed in less than 7 minutes. Mia was professional and very friendly making sure to ask if I had any questions while I was waiting and since I was very new to this app she recomended getting started with a video which she shared the link. In no time I received multiple emails with a welcome and addition link to resources. Just browsing through all of the resources and I feel very confident that I will be able to get started creating pages..This app is what Shopify needed to help us customize and maintain our shops!
