Easyship is very easy to install and use. The customer service is excellent too. I highly recommend!

We've been shipping up to 400 orders a day and have really enjoyed the app. It takes a bit of work to understand but the UX is still great. Freight is just a complicated game and they have made it as easy and enjoyable as possible.

Easy app and fair rates. An excellent solution for who wants several shipping options including international ones. The only issue is getting to support. But when you do customer service is helpful and nice.

This app has helped my website to shipped out my orders and print shipping labels easily!!! The best thing is it is free!!! We can also customize the colours to match our website! The widget is also pretty and minimalist which matched my website's theme! I have tried finding an app that helps with shipping, printing of shipping label and packing slip and I have finally found one!!! I have asked a lot of questions as it is my first time using the app, and Nicol has guided me promptly and patiently which I am really thankful for. He has exceeded my expectation by extending his help, providing me videos when I was confused with the steps. I was super stressed out but now I know how to use it all because of his guidance! His replies were so quick and clear too! Thank you so much and to everyone who is wondering if they should download this app, please do so. You definitely won't regret it! :)

Simple way to send shopify orders. My stock is with their partner warehouse in Los Angeles and they have a seamless integration.

Absolutely worth every pennies! We have been using this app daily for just under a year now and we're very pleased with it. This platform is very user friendly and will save you money by getting the best shipping service/cost and time by automatically entering shipping details for you. Their customer service is second to none, from the online chat support to the management team !

Lost 3 hours of my sleep time trying to generate a set of shipping labels and in frustration left a scathing review of the service in frustration. What happened next changed my perspective about the Easyship team. The customer service & tech teams were super reactive in investigating the issue, resolving it and at the time communicating promptly with me(including phone calls) as regards what was causing the issue in the first place and what they were doing to fix it. The fault in the first place was not entirely theirs..it was the Hermes API that was rejecting long SKU codes and hence the issue). Overall, few improvements yet to be introduced including the option to print labels in-store and better rates negotiation with the courier guys but if they work the way they are at the moment, they will win hearts and businesses in the long run. Highly reccomend these guys.

I have been using Easyship for 8 months now and overall I find the app great! The dashboard is very easy to use and they are always looking to improve and adding new features. I have found their customer service has dropped off over the last few months, which I can understand but sometimes it can take 5-6 emails to just get a response. The biggest area for me where they need to improve is the link between their warehouse partners & Shopify, I have to go in and manually update my stock every month to make sure inventory is correct. I would defiantly recommend Easyship to any start-up, even with the few issues mentioned above, they have been a great tool to help me launch my brand.

Has the basis of being great but so many glitches and the amount of additional charges that come in each week in addition to the shipping charges is unreasonable. I regularly had issues with no shipping options being available for a lot of stock, so I would consistently have to book a courier outside the platform, defeating the purpose of the app. One big issue was the inability to ship an order that has 2 boxes, only option is to ship them separately at double the cost- this is something they said they were working on months ago that had a 2 week deadline but it is still not an active feature.

DO NOT USE THIS APP! While there were some great features I was ready to put to work for my business, there were many parts of the app that were just broken. The rules didn't work, and it would never integrate our FedEx account. Never any replies to the countless inquiries about integration.

Shipping has been one of the most challenging and confusing aspects of starting my online store. I tried the free version of Easyship, Shipstation and Shippo to compare prices, functionality and support. Let me tell you, Easyship is the one you want. Due to its breadth of customization and functionality, it can be a little intimidating to setup, so I reached out to support with some specific questions that I had. Not only did I get a response, but Hiromi got on the phone with me several times to personally walk me through solutions for my challenges, offered pro tips and advice and pointed out things that I would have never even thought of that will help my business. She was beyond wonderful, the best customer service I've ever experienced. The icing on the cake? I ran shipping scenarios between Easyship and Shippo....when the rates weren't exactly the same, Easyship was slightly cheaper. I am not one to give praising reviews, but I felt compelled on this one. I've done the work and research for you...go with Easyship.

Half the time the service doesn't even work. Parcels aren't picked up. Shipping documents are missing. Support doesn't reply for over a week. They're actively hurting my business. A week and a half ago a parcel was meant to be picked up by DHL. That never happened, and as Easyship formally becomes the shipper, they won't deal with you directly. The only reason the platform works for me a little is because I have a good relationship with my courier guys, so I call them personally to tell him to pick parcels up. If I were to rely on EasyShip my business would've already been flooded with terrible reviews from people who don't ever receive their parcels. I'll be migrating over soon to a different platform, because Easyship is INCREDIBLY unreliable. Try them at your own risk. I'm pretty mad at myself for sticking with them as long as I have.

DON'T DO IT. If you want to spend hours of your time managing bugs and fixing errors due to this apps unprofessionalism, by all means download it. Biggest headache I've ever come across.

App is great, really easy to use, got a great account manager that is super responsive and helpful. I don't remember having any trouble with set-up if I did, Nicol the account manager helped me through it. Interface is easy to use and relatively straightforward.

Very easy to install and use. Nice UI design of the platform, dedicated support team. If you ship yourself, you can buy and print labels. There are also a number of partner 3PLs that they integrate directly with, including GEODIS in Hong Kong.

Very Convenient and Easy to use. It saved us a lot of time in comparing what options were available.
