Update: The only solution is to cancel the labels & I'll have a refund in 21 days. So there is no solution except cancel the labels, purchase postage elsewhere & hope they I'm actually refunded the funds in THREE WEEKS, while my orders are LATE due to their system glitch & lack of support for 3 days. Just awful, every step of the way. If I did this to my customers, they would be rightfully upset. Stay far away from this company. I have to assume a lot of these positive reviews are fake, as I've had nothing but problems with this service & it's more tedious that other options. For example: 1 - I ordered 5 labels on a FRIDAY 2 - 4 went to pending, and never completed 3 - I sent MULTIPLE emails to support, as these items needed to be shipped on Saturday at the latest. 5 - Support writes back Sunday night, refuses to do anything to remedy the situation, or take responsibility for their companies software issues that caused the labels not to complete. Instead they just say support is only avail certain days & certain times (Im assuming Hong Kong days/hours, Im in PST. 4 late shipments can out your metrics in a tailspin really quickly, so unless they improve their services, be very wary of this company.

Hope this makes it easy! Calculating shipping cost is always pain.

The Easyship app has been a blessing from a fulfillment perspective. It's fast & easy, integrates well, calculates shipping with amazing rates, and the customer service has been excellent. All times of the day their team has been extremely helpful and attentive to our needs. I'm writing this review based on one unique feature of EasyShip. I ship large but light product boxes. If a customer orders two, they need to ship separately or my shipping costs extend into balloon pricing. All of the other shipping apps seem to think that my light items fit into a single box, and charge accordingly. I could get stuck with big losses on my shipping costs. Easyship is the only app that allows me to enter the dimensions of my boxes. I'm still figuring it all out, but at least I'm not getting stuck with shipping overages.

Do not use their services. I have chased them over a week, giving them a benefit of doubt. I chatted several time - never got a satisfactory response. I tried to understand their concerns, if any - and yet no feedback. Answer was always that they will "get back to us". Or check back after some time. This is stupid, sorry to say. I almost lost a customer trying to use their services. The phone number is useless as well.

my products dimensions and weight vary a lot, it was really a headache for me to estimate the shipping costs to my customers at first, but with easyship, everything becomes so easy! and what makes this apps really outstanding is the CS, Rick is the one helping me instantly all the time... weekdays and .... sometimes weekends ;) thank you so much! and i really appreciate the team at the back for adding more features, eg, the analysis page on dashboad - they are what i need! you guys deserve my 5 stars rating!

Probably one of the easiest apps i've used so far on the Shopify platform. Really simplifies the shipping process overall. Love using it, very simple to setup and get going. Still learning how to import & save orders but that will just make it that much better once I figure it out. Highly suggest it if you are looking for an easy to use tool for shipping your orders! A+

We just installed it and planning to use it for shipping. The greatest thing about the app is that it allows you to see tax and duties in different regions/countries so you can plan your shipment wisely.
