I am absolutely amazed by the quick response I've got in an urgent situation using this app :) We have a brand that requires a request from customers purchasing items from our online store and the app is very easy to use. This time I had to release the brand from the requirement - usually it's done in no time but I had a different issue that the team fixed with no problems :) I really do recommend this app to everyone :)

I'm using this app for a store meant for internal employees. With this in mind, payment info doesn't need collecting, but there's no way to avoid that step in Shopify's checkout flow without adding an app. This is an excellent workaround when you're simply needing to collect addresses, sizes, etc. The user adds an item to the cart, goes through checkout via easy order, and the order is saved as a draft. You can then export the orders to whoever is in charge of fulfillment. Lastly, the support for this app is awesome. $10 is a very fair deal.

这个app我使用，发现不符合我的要求，我把它卸载了，然后，第二个月竟然把钱扣掉了，没有使用超过7天，然后不知道怎么关闭，现在还是一直在扣钱，真的是垃圾app，我要投诉，我都卸载了，为什么要扣我的钱呢。

Great app!, Very easy to add forms. and amazing support. Highly Recommend. The most important was the relational fields. Which make it easier for having dependant fields.

It helped me increase conversions so much. I wanted to customize the button in order to load even when the page wasn't fully loaded and they fixed it for me so fast. Honestly, one of the best if not the best cash on delivery apps out there. Add some upsells options and it would be insane. Thank you guys.

One of the great support I have ever seen on Shopify. Needed some html customization and other details and they have done everything in less than 1 day. App itself works great, does exactly the same as it's in description. Highly recommended!

Denys has helped our wholesale website with a submit order form that creates an unfulfilled order so we can sell to our wholesale customers who need a more flexible, payment options for later dates. The form works wonderfully and I would recommend it to anybody. He and his team have helped me with my very specific requests quickly and efficiently! Great app ONLY IF IT WORKS! The checkout popup is stuck for a week now on IOS , and their development team is taking forever to solve the problem. Their support is responsive but i think their dev team does not exist. They keep saying dev team is investigating. How long does it take to investigate such an CLEAR issue.

An easy checkout system very useful for cash on delivery it is for someone who find the default checkout not practical. The app is light and catches customer information quickly. For support, it is great and helpful.

Great app! Using it as a work-around for customers who want to order but can't be bothered entering their payment and shipping details at time of ordering. Very basic customisation in app available, but the nice folk at Nexuus customised it for me free of charge!
