Extremely speedy support!!! We had a minor issue with setup and within 1 hour the support email team responded to us and fixed it for us. highly recommend!

We run a business model that only selected customers can see certain content of our website and we were looking for apps that can do the job. We did a lot of research and also looked at the negative reviews for this app but most of the 1-star review was due to the improper use of the app. From our own experience, it is really satisfactory and does exactly what we need. If you set up properly, whatever you want to hide from customers will never be found - not through search, not on any page or in any other places. The team is also very supportive and responds quickly.

I installed this app on a CLIENT'S website. But guess what? It "doesn't work" (their words) with the template she's using. Before you install this app? CONTACT THEM TO MAKE SURE IT WORKS WITH YOUR TEMPLATE. Second issue? The 'chat with us, we're ALWAYS AROUND' button is not true, because it's taken me 5 days to get an actual answer from the company. I may update this review if they actually solve the problems, but for now, here we are: doesn't work with some popular, not too new templates AND very slow response time.

We are using this app to limit sales to just one country at this point. Other countries have the Price and Add to Cart functionality removed. Functionality works really well for us. Support was very fast and responsive to my questions.

Easy to use. Not super intuitive, but it does what it says it does. Customer service is always available if you need help. We use this to work in a sandbox environment and to offer different products to certain groups of customers at different times (early product launches for VIPs, etc.). Our store couldn't function without it!

Just installed and haven't even created a single lockdown. Entire site is broke. Only showing header and footer. I removed the app according to their instructions and the site still isn't fixed. I am having to use Rewind to install an old theme now which better work. Avoid this app at all costs.

This app is hands down the best app I've purchased in the shopify app store. It is just what I needed to lock down the wholesale section of my website so that my retail customers can't access those products and now with the newest update I can also keep my tagged wholesale customers from accidentally adding retail items to their cart by creating a second lock down. Den offers wonderful hands on customer service that goes above and beyond. When I indicated I would be interested in the update when it was available, he sent me a personal email one month later telling me it was ready. I am one extra happy customer. 6/25/19 Update: I've been using this app for 2+ years and it continues to be one of my most useful and valuable apps in Shopify. Saves me so much headache and extra expense with needing a second website for wholesale customers. I also love that I can now lock my entire site based on location so I can close it to Chinese counterfeiters (I'm sure they will still find my items in other ways, but it's a nice little speed bump). I recently had a problem with a custom menu disappearing and they continue to display some of the best customer service I have come across on Shopify. I can't sing their praises enough. Best $7 a month you will spend for your business!

I do a lot of custom products that I can't have on my general store. I used to just take orders manually, but that's administratively burdensome. With this app, I can tag accounts to collections and products that are only visible to them. It's phenomenal. Makes custom product orders SO efficient.

I needed this app so our customers could access private information pages. We sell a product that offers free online forms with purchase. I love the concept, but I'm not tech savvy, in fact, I'm not tech novice! I set it up and of course it didn't work. I tried and tried and nothing. A quick email to tech support, they jumped in and set everything up. They fixed everything and I didn't have to do anything but ask. It was a quick fix (for them) and I was up and running in no time.

Do not use this app. It crashed my website when I uninstalled. Terrible. I have never had this happen before.

Beware- this App didn't work with either of our themes and when uninstalled completely ruined our site!

I used this app and it was fine for what it was. However, when I went to uninstall it crashed my whole site. Three hours with tech support. Whatever you do, do not use this app.

I used this app to filter clients coming from my prescribers and avoid those who don't come through them to purchase, very usefull

Really fast and responsive. I emailed her to get a spacing issue fixed, and they got back to me within an hour and fixed it!

This app has been great for us to block out people trying to get wholesale prices. The price is fair too. We also emailed them about blocking our email/newsletter signup in the footer and Tetiana had their dev team implement the changes for us. We now have everything just the way we'd like it. Couldn't be happier!

Awesome customer service, very helpful ! They answer very fast and help you customize the lockdown ! I have install the app on two of my stores and I'm very happy with it so far.

We wanted to offer discounted pricing to a select group of customers and setting up a hidden collection was easily accomplished with the app. When we upgraded to a new theme, we found it broke the app. I contacted customer support and they responded within an hour and I implemented the fix minutes later. Wish I could give it negative stars. DO NOT DOWNLOAD. This app cost me SO MUCH in lost revenue. Their coding does not work properly and it caused every single page on our website to have a "noindex" tag, which made it completely invisible to Google and other search engines. Our sales tanked for the last 2 months and it took hiring an outside developer to realize this app was the cause. Before installing this app, we were on the first page of Google for most of our relevant keywords, now we can't even be found. It is going to take an unbelievable amount of time and money to get our position back in search, not even counting all of the lost revenue, especially over the holiday season. I have to imagine the customers leaving positive reviews on this app just haven't realized yet that they are lost to search engines... Not worth the risk, this is literally THE WORST app ever made.
