We attempted to restore all of our images, and now all of our images are gone. We attempted to contact Engage - Easy Watermarks Support via their chat and received a canned response. Bottom line up front, use this app at your own risk. We had to learn the hard way, and we hope you will not make the same mistake. UPDATE This is the response we just received from their amazing support "Hi, I saw that instead of waiting for a response, on a weekend mind you, you went directly to the review to damage our business with a 1 star review. You will need to remove his review before getting assistance from us. Let me know when it’s done and I’ll look into this issue. Cheers" Bravo, Engage - Easy Watermarks.

Great Support, I inquired about how I could add a tag to a product and get the sticker applied that way, and they added that feature overnight. This app works and it's easy to use.

We are using this app long time ago and we love this app and features. We have never faced any issue in the app. In short we use this app without getting support as it is very mature

This app is great to protect your website images. There are many options along with a watermark that you can use to enrich your website images. This app works fine without any errors. I am using the free plan.

This app is wonderful! Easy to use and has made a huge difference in promoting New products, Sale products and many promotions in our store. Understanding how to use the app is self intuitive. Processing time is super quick! I love the fact that new stickers are added frequently. The remove watermark within a set time frame is brilliant! Chat support feature doesn't work at all. Even in a premium version we are not allowed to choose stickers from existing stickers

This app doesn't restore images well, , not so helpful support that doesn't respond to our inquiries.

I have been using Easy Watermark for a few days now and I can't speak about how easy it is to use with photos.

Great app! Makes it easy to use with preview option to edit your settings before watermarking, works smoothly.

Support is poor! Doesn't apply stickers correctly, no way to manage collections or product stickers. Applies multiple stickers incorrectly to the same image making products look poor. Removes product tags. Support is ineffective and has a terrible response time. You'll have to troubleshoot your own problems. Don't count on them fixing anything. You'll waste more time than it's worth. Save yourself the money and time.

Its a great app and have many features inside and is working perfectly fine with my Shopify store. i will highly recommend this app.
