I emailed their support because I wanted a feature added to EasyTabs on my website. I hopped in the car for a quick 15 minute drive and they had already asked to confirm what I needed. By the time I had arrived, I had another email saying the feature was complete - and it looked exactly how I wanted.

Simple and effective! Just what we was looking for and needed :D the price seems fair for what you get, I have not needed customer support so can not say on that but sure any issues would be resolved.

We've been using this app for quite some time and we love how it performs in our shop, plus its support team is so responsive and helpful when approached.

**UPDATE 6/2/2023 - I reached out to Support to assist with some loss of functionality I previously requested(at no fault to the team, this was likely a theme change on my store). Support was quick to get the code added back in and diligent in making sure it 100% worked as I had expected. Very appreciative of the teams efforts to get this perfect!** Easy Tabs is a simple but effective way of organizing my product description information to make it easier for my customers to see the differencies between product bundle clears with increased clarity. I had reached out to the Support team to see if they would be able to assist with something I knew would be a custom request but wanted to see if they would be able to assist, which they were able to do very quickly and effectively. Would highly recommend this app and appreciate the support!

Ok so for the EasyTabs app itself, it is great of course. It is easy to use, looks awesome, and is a fantastic addition to our product pages. But what makes this App the best is the team behind it. The team at NexusMedia are incredible. Not only do they go above and beyond for customer service, but they are all super talented in what they do.
