I use Easy Appointment Bookings to schedule bookings on our website. It is a great App and the customer service team are fantastic, especially Ray who has been extremely responsive and helpful.

We chose this particular product as it fully integrated within Shopify admin and not having to login into external apps or websites was one of the factors choosing. Aside from that, the functionality is excellent, the customisations and the flexibility will suit most service based businesses and we couldn't be happier. Further, the support offered throughout has been excellent, matching the ambitions of such an agile nimble team who are prepared to listen intently and see where they can address any / all issues, concerns or even requests for changes. So far it was easy to set up and works! I haven't signed up for a paid plan yet, but was already tempted to do so and will seriously consider it as my business grows.

I used this app for taking appointment bookings for a event that ran across multiple days with different time slots. I tried several apps before this and this was by far the best and easiest to use. The best reservation app for Shopify. We've tried several others and this is the best laid out, manageable and updated one by far.

I used this app to enable my customers to make a booking 24/7 whenever they wanted to, rather than having to ring us during our opening hours. It's helped increase bookings drastically because unsurprisingly most bookings come in between 9pm-11pm - I would imagine as customers go to bed and realise they 'should've done this' during the day. It's really easy to use & their support responds instantly if you do have any queries.

I was using the app very successfully and then had problems where the appointments on Google Calendar were no longer being blocked from the appointment schedule. I brought the problem to Ray in support. He worked with me over several days until we were able to find the issue. Ray's commitment to customer service goes far and beyond normal. I can't thank him enough for his help and support!!!!
