My store is one that uses a great many options and each option has its own set of options. I found this app to make my store possible and the service is absolutely great. Rarely did I have to wait more than a few hours and that was with me telling them that it was not an emergency. Roman was my service expert. The speed of my site also was not impeded by this app.

This application is very useful and the support team is fast responding. usually less than 24 hours and even then due to the time difference between countries so that's normal. price is also appropriate, good job.

I needed an app that could link product options to inventory and this app proved perfect. The customer support is also amazing. For example, I sell a case of jam (12 jars) where the customer can choose their mix of flavors. I couldn't figure out how to make sure the customer could not make a mistake and choose less or more than 12 jars. Customer support quickly helped out even writing a snippet of code so things worked exactly how I wanted them to. Excellent app. Excellent support.

I have used many products options Apps before as a developer, but this app is next Level and their support team has been amazing and they have helped me a lot and this app is already added in my list for the future stores, thanks a lot for you graete services and help

This app is great, it's really versatile and can handle complex product variants. Not only this, but the customer service is excellent, any problems you have are solved in a matter of hours. I would highly recommend.

What can I say. A beautifully designed app. Clever and highly functional. The support is excellent and provided by someone who I imagine wrote the app. Being able to add javascript or css on a global or page level is a joy. It just works very, very well and if it doesn't the Itoris team will soon sort it. Top work.

There are 2 great things with this APP, the APP per se, and the great customer service this app has behind. DPO is complex but it doesn't take you months or weeks, not even days to realize how it works, very user friendly, I just needed a couple of hours "playing" with the app to realize how it works. Customer service is 10 stars over 5, they have your problem solved in less tha 12hrs, always.

The app is great - very versatile and handles a lot of the complex product options we have to provide for our store but what stands out the most is the impeccable customer service and support! We have relied heavily on IT support, primarily Roman, who has been phenomenal in providing assistance, answers and solutions that have really helped to make our efforts a success. We came across Dynamic product Options, We read all the reviews and knew this App was what we required. One item that stood out was all the positive reviews regarding support from the Dynamic Product Options team- Roman. We communicated backwards and forwards with Roman throughout the whole process of building our customised DPO, We can say that we rate Dynamic Product Options App and support, 10 stars out of 5, if this was an option. Great complex App, which is very user friendly for all levels of computer literacy.

Absolutely LOVE this app. It is the most intuitive product customization addon that I've seen yet. It's super fast to load and the breakdown that it displays in the cart is stunningly perfect. The support team is always available and have helped me with a few custom features since I'm not a very good backend dev. If I could give more than 5 stars I would -- This is the last app you'll ever need to download.

DPO is incredibly powerful and customisable - it is absolutely essential for our product (customisable wallpaper), without it we would have had great difficulties trying to develop something anywhere near as good. I had to request help from support a few times - this was super easy and done directly from the app - Roman from DPO always replied almost immediately, very friendly and extremely helpful + competent. I have recommended DPO to several of our reseller customers for these reasons.

I have recently added some items with multiple options and I realized that I haven't set it up to convert into different currencies. I submitted a ticket and Roman from the support team was able to help out right away. He was able to make the change for me and even suggested that I add a code to make the app load faster on my store. Very helpful!

I have tried almost 10 product options Apps, and DPO is the most powerful one. What's more, the support team is so patient and professional. It is their assistance that makes our job easier. Thanks.

By far the best app we ever used! We are having a very complex product with a lot of variations, basically every product is unique we sell. With DPO we are able to run very complex calculations. But the app it self is not the real power of this app, the great support is! We always get a fast response, and they are always willing to help! A real Six Star Service!!

If I could give this app more stars I would. We came from magento 1.9 using mageworx product options and we've tried multiple apps in shopify. But nothing compares to this app and the customer service. Roman and his team have done everything we needed without complaining or leaving us out to dry. In this age customer support is everything. In our application it would've been easy for him to say we can't do x or y or z. Instead they improved their app and made the customizations we needed. Did I mention they solved conflicts with other apps as well? Yep they did. I cannot say enough positive things about this app and company support. If you are reading this review and need this sort of app, look no further and use this. Its worth every penny.

This is a rare find. App is full of capabilities - unbelievable. Documentation very clear and helpful. Most important, in seventeen years of operating my own web site, I have never received support that matches this! I'd love to keep this as my little secret and edge on my competition, but this developer deserves a stellar review.

I am personnally using the ultimate plan as I needed an app to handle a very specific price calculation based on various product options (my store offers sporstwear and sports accessories that B2B customers can customize using specific methods). It took me some time to get started as this app has so many features and as I had no experience with the language used to edit the formulas. However I received great help from the support team, which took the time to understand my needs and help me out with the issues I had. The app is really powerfull and Support is always there to help out so I can only recommand that you try it out and see for yourself ! Thanks !

I'm using the app to create our subscription grocery delivery store. Since I'm not very good at development, I simply told support what I needed and they were extremely helpful and efficient at making it all happen!

Amazing app, works perfect for us! We sell tubes that we sawn to size. With this app the customer can directly add any size they want. We also use this for advertising-frames and furniture. This is all custom made, with this app they fill in any size, material, and color they want. They add some upsell products and can upload all the needed files. Also many thanks to the amazing support, Roman you are really good and helpful. In the app you can easily add a support ticket. The replies are fast and directly have the answer we are looking for. I have some fairly complicated product options for my customers to filter and choose colors and this app handles all of my needs perfectly. I needed a little help setting it up and had an answer to my question right away. I've had a couple of minor issues pop up and both were resolved the same day! I have worked with many Shopify apps over the years and the speed and thoroughness of their customer support is unparalleled. Would give 6 stars if I could.
