OMG!!! I'm new to the Dropshipping world and I was having a problem adding a supplier to an order. I worked with Ivan who was very kind, courteous, and extremely patient. He helped me find a supplier because for some reason we couldn't figure out why our product wasn't getting into Aliexpress. Turns out that it that the product was out of stock for that supplier!! Ivan got us situated. He was GREAT! the only reason I gave him five stars was that there wasn't 10!!!

Got a very thorough analysis with Ralla today regarding issues with my orders from India. Safe to say, we came to the conclusion that the issue was not inherently connected to the DSers app, but rather Shopify itself. 07.07.24: Got more help from Selena today where I had issues with updating the order number due to the account being connected to another email. Very simple and straightforward answers from Selena, with precise guidance through pictures.
