Im new to dropshipping and find at times it can be overwhelming! Being beyond frustrated one evening, I contacted support. I am absolutely blown away by the extreme patience and completely AMAZING step by step walk through that Wendy provided. Being new, it took me a long time to grasp what she was explaining and she stayed with me on live chat for HOURS until my issues were resolved. I do not personally know Wendy but she could not have been more perfect! A million stars for her!!!!

I had trouble linking one of my stores to my main account and I contacted support that is 24 hours and Holly helped me in no time. Thank you Dsers and Holly, I haven't had a problem besides that and the order process is flawless!

My experience with Neva was a professional one in that showed me much patience in trying to get me to understand the ship ratings i'm seeing on dser/AliEpress as they pertain to setting up rates on shopify store. She tried everything to make it clear and easy for me. I beleive it is me who is not understanding the shipping process.
