Bianca is amazing from DSers, very kind, patient, and knowledgeable. I feel more confident fulfilling orders using dropshipping thanks to her patience and awesome customer service.

DSers streamlines product sourcing by offering a vast selection of products directly from AliExpress. You can easily import products, edit descriptions, and set pricing directly within the app.

Today, I had a problem with my listing product so that I need to contact DSer for support. Fortunately, I had conversation with Sandy, she helped me to go through the process, and solved my problem.

Raphael was very helpful in assisting me with my orders not being able to be fulfilled, and helping me fulfill them. 5/5 service very satisfied with customer help line.

Isak from Dsers support was extremely helpful. He was very patient and attentive. Checking back frequently and had very fast response time. If I could give him 6 stars I would. Perfect service.

I had issues processing my orders from shopify to DSER, Contacted the support team was easy once set up, once i joined the chat room my message was answered in less than 1 minute. I had 5 mins with Myra and what i had just spent 6 hrs on this morning and 2 hrs last night watching videos, Myra sorted the problem. Thank you so much Myra.

I encountered a problem in my store specifically with Dsers account. For a moment I thought I would lose my products in my store, so I asked for help from Dsers help center and I had an incredible helper, Vivian, she was so helpful and friendly like my store is for her.
