With the in-built Customer-Support Live-chat feature, Colleen was immediate, thorough and patient, clearly explaining how to fix a mistake in mapping multiple sources. My store is back to automated fulfillment, and selling like hotcakes. Happy Merchant Middleman.

Chrissy is indeed a Customer Service or customer support officer per excellent. Chrissy invested time and technical understanding to correct the wrong process that i created in my store. in the process of fulfilling product purchased to my customer i unknowingly created two account and it become very difficult to fulfill. and Chrissy stepped in , trace the issue and asked me to switch. account and every thing was resolved . Thank you Chrissy for you help.

I had a lot of questions about the app and how it can help me for my business and live chat support was very prompt and quick to respond. They were very willing to answer my question despite some miscommunication but it worked out in the end. Celia was the one who helped me and was very engaging and thorough to talk to. Compared to other fulfilment apps, this is definitely one of the best.
