I want to give a huge shoutout to Rfimp for his exceptional customer service. I was mistakenly charged for the DSers app while I was still in my trial period, and as someone who had just started my online store with no customers yet, I wasn’t ready to commit to the advanced plan. Rfimp was incredibly understanding and efficient in resolving the issue. He quickly processed a refund for me, which was a huge relief. His professionalism and kindness really made a difference.
