I 100% recommend Dsers! Wendy was very responsive and highly competent; she was also very instructive. I am new to dropshipping and had issues with a supplier while I had ongoing orders. I didn't know that we could switch to another supplier without having to change the information on that supplier's page. Wendy was a tremendous help and supported me from start to finish. Great experience! Wendy was very helpful and knowledgeable in resolving my issue. She was able to quickly resolve the issue and was friendly throughout the interaction. I was trying my level best online on shopify and looking for a resolution but after a full 30 min lookout for the same i tried the chat section and was able to get the solution of my problem in 5 minutes. The app is great despite a few issues after the update (mostly my fault as I'm not very tech-savvy). However, I would like to highly commend the support team, which was EXTREMELY helpful and always responded quickly to every question I had. Within an hour, we managed to recover my access together, even though I was very afraid of losing my products. I am very satisfied and warmly recommend it.
