It helped me with bulk orders tying products to suppliers and everything. The customer service gets a 10/5 stars never seen customer service respond in under 2 mins. They were really responsive helped our migrate from oberlo. Would recommend to everyone. Buy oberlo!

I use this app since 1 year. Before, i was using Oberlo it was a very big waste of time for order every products (1 to 2 hours per day) now with Dsers (FREE !!) it so easy and fast to order my products every day on AliExpress, 20 minutes and it's done !

0.1 second wait time to talk to a customer support. The app is really useful as well with many automation setting.

I was aware of DSers but was using another fulfilment app previosuly. I decided to change over because of their flawless integration with AliExpress with its fulfilment methods. I like the complexity that the app has, it's not too simplified, which is great because there's always a way to make something work. With that said, my previous fulfilment app did have a few features that would really polish of DSers, and I have suggested these features to them which I hope to see implemented with updates frequently to the app. With those features implemented, this very well could be the dominant fulfilment app in the app store. Customer service also responds insanely fast which I really appreciate, they answer all of your questions.

Suporte muito bom já na primeira vez que precisei. Demorou um pouco para responder em função do fuso horário, mas deu tudo certo e Mickey me atendeu muito bem e resolveu meu problema. Recomendo.

Je suis un nouvel utilisateur de cette application. Je l'utilise dans ma boutique sur shopify et pour placer mes commandes sur Aliexpress. Je suis réellement ravie. Le support client est très réactif. J'avais des problèmes pour placer mes commandes et j ai un peu mis le désordre dans mon application et le panneau commande de ma boutique. J'ai pu avoir l'aide de l'un des conseillers de DSers support. Il m'a aidé à résoudre mon problème pas à pas, en images et vidéos et avec une grande patience.

Je suis très satisfaite de cette application, et encore plus du service client qui a su me conseiller efficacement lorsque je rencontrais une difficulté ! Ils sont très à l'écoute et réactif, ce qui est appréciable dans la vente en ligne. Bravo.

Excellent customer support was my #1 selling point. They responded timely and provided detailed instructions to guide me through my panic state as my orders came in, and I was afraid I didn't have a variant. Ray and Fab carefully guided me through the process of finding the right variant and resolving other issues so that I could place my order timely. I only wish there was faster, inexpensive shipping and I could see whether I'm in sync with their hours of operation due to the GMT time difference. I look forward to learning more.

Been using this app for over a year now and I love it. I can't live without it. It works great, I prefer this app over other fulfillment apps. Bulk ordering works flawlessly 95% of the time. Sometimes an order fails and I have to place the order manually, not sure what the reason for this is. This use to be completely free, but I will try the paid features soon when I open more shops.
