I used the app to fulfil orders from Aliexpress and I had problems using the app because it was my first time using the app, then I contacted the support and talked to Jessica she was very helpful she helped my a lot.

Excellent Support. I needed a support, in 10min the messenger has already been solved. That's because I use a free plan and the service was very good. And the app's functions and features are well worth it. I'll even sign up for a paid plan.
