One thing a client would want in a software company is a CHAT support service. We are like building a house, there are builders who help whenever we need it. Not a builder where the client is only given a manual and we are asked to study on our own. It should be noted, however, that perhaps 90% of clients are not programmers. And DSers has made me feel at home to run this. With all the features of the chat service, both on the platform and via Facebook, it has made us feel comfortable. They quickly finished and provided directions. we hope that DSert will not be long developing other features such as Filters, Reviews etc., we will wait for it and will apply it.
