I've got a glitch, and contact via messenger the customer service, in couple minutes, Jasmine contacted me help me as she can, very patient, and do all her best. Update on 10th may : I've got a question again for Dsers, in couples minutes Meena helped me with a clear reply and advised me some content to help!

I use the app everyday, it's very useful, makes everything so easy with the ordering process on AliExpress. Had a great experience with Ruby today. Just set my site live and there was a few glitches and problems I couldn't solve and was a bit panicky but she was super calm, professional and helpful and resolved all my issues completely. She was really pleasant to deal with also

The app is great and saves a lot of time, and the support is responsive. I had a problem and I couldn't link my shop because it was already linked to an account. Christine in support was great, understanding and efficient. Great.
