Super App, very good customer service ! I got the Free plan available 14-day free trial. And now i bought monthly service, very nice.

When I got stuck with a failed order, Catherine helped me out within minutes. Even though it was very late! She was quick and helpful - solving my problem straight away and teaching me how she did it so I can fix such issues myself in the future. Can't beat such exceptional service. I've used Oberlo, EPROLO and DSers. So far DSers is my fav because it has all the same features I liked in Oberlo, was more transparent and has much better customer service than I experienced with EPROLO (which was much slower).

The app is usefull and efficient to place the order on Aliexpress. I had trouble setting up my application, and I had a quick and efficient online support with NIKI, that took time to help and explain me the correct process and setting to do.

I Just transferred my import list from Oberlo to Dsers and I had a difficult time with it. I was able to chat with Bruna, and WOW, what a great help. Bruna spent almost 30 minutes or more helping me. Thank you Bruna, for all your help and thank you for your time. This was one of the best customer service experiences, i had in a long time.

The app is great! But what's more amazing is the support! I complained about a feature that was only available on Pro and they made it available on Advanced as well. And whenever I have an issue the support is always there. Today Meena helped me to correctly map a product and make the order all within a few minutes.

Definitely, DSers is the best order processing application. It makes my Dropshipping logistics a lot easier. In addition, the support is excellent, it solves the problem quickly and the service is humane. I even thank Krystal at support for the exceptional service.
