I have been using DSers for 2 years and it has been very reliable. The rare times I do have some sort of issue, the team has been great to answer me quickly. At least within a day, but often in a few minutes. I just got off a chat with Catherine and she was able to help me out quickly and identify the problem even though it wasn't a dsers issue, but actually an issue with some setting on my suppliers side.

DSers a le mérite, entre autres, d'avoir un Service à la clientèle très proactif, rapide à appréhender votre besoin et à y répondre avec un professionnalisme et une maîtrise hors pairs. Je me plantais dans l'installation d'un Bundle. Figurez-vous j'omettais de sélectionner un élément sans le réaliser (c'était une étape obligatoire) et c'est leur employé qui, au bout de la ligne, m'a amené à le réaliser. Mon problème était résolu, comme par magie ! Je recommande grandement cette application. C'est sûr, c'est efficace ! Il est excellent comme interface entre Shopify et Aliexpress. Vous ne serez pas déçu.
