This app doesn’t work, no email communication and terrible login features, doesn’t let you login... fix it...

the support is horrible. Not supported 24hrs. Sometimes it takes more than 2 days to answer you. It should have a call queuing system but the answers are answered via Facebook Messenger. The answers often beyond coming after a long time are very bad and do not help anything.

As far as i am concerned, this app the best and second to non on the market. The guys who created it are so smart, creative and helpful. This app became the heart of my shopify store as i cannot deal without it. It is helping import Aliexpress products to my store in just few seconds, and on top of that it helps me create multiple bulk orders in few minutes and with ease. They treated me so well! Im very happy that i switched from Oberlo to Dser this is has been a great experience. There customer service is amazing and they really care about you! it was my own fault on why the order price was not changing because of a shipping price refund and they still worked to fix the problem so i did not have to manually fulfill the order!
