I had an issue with one of my cancellation of orders on Aliexpress and Catherine attended to my issue! Not only was she prompt in sorting my issues out but friendly and courteous too! Had another issue with linking my product on Dsers due to synchronisation problem right after the chat ended with Catherine and she gladly helped me out instantly from her end! This issue could have been rectified by waiting a couple of hours from my end but Catherine just saved her customer's time. You've been of great help, Catherine!
