I LOVE HOW EASY THEY MAKE IT, I WOULD LIKE TO ASK FOR THEM TO ALLOW OUR BRAND LOGO TO BE ADDED TO OUR PRODUCTS, NOT A SIMPLE TYPE FORM THAT DOESN'T MATCH OUR BRANDS FONT.

Not sure yet, have yet to figure out ordering, but will leave feedback once order is processed and I see how it goes

I'm new to Beauty Makeup. So far it has been straight forward and easy to navigate. Compared to some of the other ones I have experianced.

The best app to use on Shopify and I like you can create your own brand with your logo on it. There makeup and beauty products are amazing.

Just starting out but onboarding has been a breeze, so easy and the prompts keep all the next steps top of mind

The customer service is responsive but... The app does not link well with shopify, and therefore orders are NOT synced. This is an issue they are well aware of. Rochelle suggested that I draft manual orders (not ideal and time consuming for sites that scale quickly!), as well she suggested I place an order via their app however there is no channel to do so. Meanwhile, they have collected my site data and analytics (you're welcome Jubilee) and yet caused my customers to wait several days without the giving my company the ability to fulfill the order. They also don't allow you to download chat dialogue which was not helpful. Also, they (without notice) removed products from their inventory without notifying my company - and I have already paid for ads which included images of those unique products. When the product was removed from their app, it disappeared from my site leaving it with an eyesore.

Rochelle was awesome in helping me navigate so much on my shopify store. Thank you so much for all you did!!!

I have to say that Rochelle was fantastic as the customer support. Had a lot of patience for a bunch of newbie questions and really helped me out. I would recommend this app to anyone using Shopify or wherever other platforms they integrate with.
