Amazing App and Amazing customer service. I cant say enough on how good there team is from warehouse to agents that help you out with any question or concerns you may have. I have to give a shout out to Cole my agent who always goes above and beyond to make sure all my orders are handle properly and quick. It hasnt been great! Doesnt always make sense or even do what the listing syas it will for shipping etc but this time when I needed help the customer service rep was amazing today! Thank You

Additional review. First of all, our partner Cole is the best. The quick response and prompt handling of all issues was perfect and so far there have been no problems with the customer. Also, I can say that I found exactly the product I was looking for and it is truly the best partner. I've tried several sourcing companies, but I've never been this satisfied. It is a drop shipping app that I really recommend. ------- I've tried several dropshipping apps. Among them, I want to say that DSM is the best so far. Almost always instant customer support and fast and accurate sourcing better than any dropshipping app I've ever had with any other app. In addition, the custom packing system is great for braiding without incurring a large initial investment. However, the UI system is a bit inconvenient, so I hope it can be improved. Anyway, I am most satisfied with the drop shipping apps I have used so far.

i was reached from Stacey on whatsapp some week ago, after a weak experience from another supplier (i'm italy based) that worked for me for 3 months. from a day to another he abandon me with poor specification (covid issue and other similar excuses). all of us know issue about shipping item from a country to another, but if you have a reliable supplier like them, fast quotation, fast reply (be careful with time zone :D) and especially nice supplier (as Stacey in my case), you can tell "i have found a good supplier for my store". Good platform, easy to use, and very good price quotation for the shipping method. DSM? Good choice for me! TOP.

Angel was so nice to assist me with starting out with Dropshipman. She was so kind to help me with my shipping default info and helped me navigate through the dashboard.

This is how sourcing and fulfillment should be done! These guys are amazing and the support is just in another level. They have personal whatsap support, available every day, I haven't seen this in any other app. just amazing. If I cloud give 10 stars I would, they deserve it, definitely recommend these guys.
