D app is lovely,perfect & easy way to integrate for my shipping labels here in d UK. Apart from that, I also want to use this opportunity to appreciate Bogdan!!..wow! Bogdan was & is so prompt with directing, replying, very patient in explaining to my understanding, even when i ask some "dump" questions which honestly was frustrating &confusing to me. Outstanding customer service; knowledgeable and good communicator ..He made it all a very bearable steps for me with all the steps I needed to take as a newbie on shopify selling..GOD bless you more Bogdan, that was a great impactful help you rendered to me there. Works seamlessly for us in the UK. Great for shipping to the UK and overseas. The Brexit customs integration works great. On the rare occasion we have an issue (normally our fault..!) very easy to use and reliable. awesome support, the pickup function was missing in Slovenia but they implemented it for us in 2 days! This is a huge difference compared to other courier integrations available in the region

This app has caused me a lot of angry customers! It only allows me to print 30% of labels and support is clueless on how to fix it not to mention extremely slow to reply. Now they haven't answered me for several days. If you run a reputable business look for another solution.

We use this app to ship all orders from Portugal to Europe (DPD Home + Pickup Points). Works like a charm. Bonus: amazing support !

I'm using this app for around 2 years. First used free plan then upgraded to paid one. No other good DPD integration for Shopify in my country. This app enables my customers to select locker they want their goods to be delivered to and also makes our label printing much faster. Support is also very fast and proficient.

This App is amazing and does exactly what it says in the tin. Bogden, has been great with the support, fast and helpful. I emailed Bogden and asked if there was a way of having a tick box to turn the extended liability on and off as needed. I was not expecting Bogden to turn round and say he would imperilment it. Two days later it's there!! What more can I say. Fantastic customer service.

This app is great if you ship with DPD. Creating shipments is really quick and easy and the best thing is that the dispatch emails are sent automatically when the orders are collected by DPD. I had some questions and Bogdan was really helpful - he responded really quickly and explained clearly what I needed to do. Would 100% recommend Updating to say I've been using this app for over a year now and it's worked great for me. As our business grew we needed some additional functionality (to be able to integrate with two DPD accounts) so I emailed Bogdan and they got it live within a couple of weeks - incredible service!

Fantastic app! We use it daily to export all our orders into the DPD portal and it works seamlessly every day without issue. Huge time-saver!

We just set up the DPD integration by WS Assist and are thrilled by how well it worked with our existing order processing. Having all of the customers' shipping data auto-populate into printable labels is life-changing. Their customer service is also exceptional. Within a day of signing up for a paid option we requested an additional function to be added to the app. Bogdan, our contact at WS Assist, took it upon himself to contact DPD directly and work with them to create a completely new field for us within the app. I am thrilled with this app and with WS Assist!

I used the app to integrate our shopify store with dpd, and create orders on dpd every time an order is placed on shopify. We then use the scan and print feature to speed up processing at depot. Super happy with the app, its very customisable and the support and help to setup is extremely supportive. I was able to contact the team and receive replies straight away, we had a quick zoom call for something more technical and we are super happy, thumbs up

The app works fine and the support team is very very cooperative and responsive. I've requested several minor fine-tunings and they were all implemented in a timely manner. If you are using DPD shipments, I strongly recommend this integration.

I recently switched from Shipstation to the DPD integration app. Initial setup was fairly straight forward and any problems I encountered were easily and swiftly resolved by app support. The app itself is very easy to use and has reduced the time it takes to fulfil my orders. I have had a couple of issues with error messages but Bogdan from app support is amazing. My emails are answered within minutes and any issues resolve pretty much immediately! Would highly recommend this app for anyone using DPD to ship their orders.

It's a great app! It saves me hours and it gives the customers the opportunity to choose the pick up they want on the map. So that it's always correct pick up point on the ticket. Before they used to enter it by hand and a lot of time it was wrong. I had a few things that I didn't understand how to do. But they support is super quick and adequate. So now it works perfectly. Highly recommended!

I installed the app to fulfill orders for Ireland. The initial set up was a little confusing but once sorted out, it is working really well. The app assist team were so helpful and patient and always quick to reply making it a seamless process.

please avoid this app so complicated to use, when i chose a collection date dpd have no record of the collections. Its one of those apps i wish i never installed

The application is perfect for me. I've been using it for a long time and never had a problem with it. IT support is great, they respond very quickly. With this app, I solved all shipping issues to the UK after Brexit

This is the greatest Time saving App ever created and one day I will build a statue in its honour. It may not be big, but it will be beautiful, just like this app. Seamless integration, fast support from the creator Bogdan. Don't shop around, just get this, then build your own statue.
