Bold Custom Pricing support was responsive - thank you Mohammad! I was unsure how to set up discounts for different client groups and they helped me figure it out.

We purchased the Bold Custom Pricing app to help with a plethora of items in our business workflow. It all started with the install - We followed their instructions and they did a custom install for us! Super Cool! Quick! Next we had a few specialty items and we needed the app to work a specific way for our business model. They were so unbelievably responsive to us! Within just a few days they literally made sure our theme was working perfectly with their app, and with all of our requested changes. We will for sure keeping working with BCP! Thanks so much for helping us out!

The customer service is just incredible! Azm spent an hour with me helping me set this app up and it does exactly what I want it to do! this is my third app I've used in the BOLD family and all our really spot on! Highly suggest and thank you Azm!!!

This app does exactly what you need it to. It's been such a great addition for our store. I had a support question about tagging and Irfan got back to me right away with incredibly helpful and accurate instructions. Great app!

Buyer beware!!!! This app will screw your theme up permanently if you uninstall it. It leaves code throughout your theme and messes up future theme updates. They also don't give you support on the weekends so if they screw you over on a Friday or Thursday you're out of luck for at least a week. The actual app doesn't work well, to begin with, if you have people use discount codes it won't work with the custom pricing. Pretty awful development, worse support, and a major headache to part ways with them.

I use this app to offer different pricing tiers to customers B2C & B2B I have over 20+ levels. Apps works great for this feature. Support is always able to answer any queries. Highly recommend.

Pretty easy set-up. Does what I need it to do. Had some fine tuning to do and Harpreet fixed a global issue in about two minutes. Very happy.

Our store has multiple Bold apps installed and I continue to be unhappy with both the apps and the service that I have received when looking for support with Bold apps. The apps are not intuitive and I constantly receive bad advice on how to do what should be simple tasks. During a recent chat with the support center, I tried to communicate my frustration with Bold to the staff member I was speaking with and felt that my concerns were blown off and I was being spoken to in a condescending manner. I am incredibly disappointed in the program and the service that I have received.

Bold Custom Pricing has been fantastic for us! It has allowed us to offer a wholesale website to our customers/accounts without having to build a separate website or have some clunky work around. One of the best apps we have used, hands down. They also offer extremely responsive customer service and we have had nothing but the best experience with each member of their team.

the support team have been great in helping me configure this app and some problems that I am seeing when creating discounts. Chandan has been awesome, very quick to respond with very clear explanations and instructions.

I have requested to give me an update a week ago, and yet the team fail to deliver app updates on time nor fail to give me prompt response.

I had some questions about the app and Guri from support worked me through to resolve it. He was very helpful!

We are truly disappointed when this app continued to bill us $79.99 for 4 months even after uninstalling the app.

I downloaded this app and then realized it was even more expensive for the item I want however it shut my store down for 24 hours by removing all the add to cart buttons from my products and nobody could buy anything.

I really appreciate the live chat support provided by Naman, who managed to solve my problem promptly!

Naman was very helpful in my first setups- when I was under time pressure and not sure about how to do it!

I couldn't figure out how to adjust the minimum qty break of 1, got in touch and Harpreet managed to fix it in two minutes flat. He was really helpful and friendly and can only recommend their service.

I used the quantity breaks app on a previous store which was very useful for me. When downloading this app since it had been updated and combined I found things were a little more difficult to set up. I reached out via chat to the support team and they helped set me up for success. Rushi was great and updated everything I needed in a timely matter. If i have any constructive criticism it would be to have the pricing grids set to automatically pull right under the original price of the item rather than under the description.
