Of all of the apps we have installed on our stores, this one is by far the most important. It allows us to set up multiple pricing tiers for different types of clients, set up pricing tiers for our wholesalers and distributors and we are also getting ready to introduce a club pricing feature for large groups and organizations. I don't think we could run our website the way that we want to without this app.

Absolutely wonderful app. They offer tiers of wholesalers and multiple options on how to price the costumers. Very fluid and full of features and beats any price that other apps are offering and there are only a few.

This is going to be one of the best changes we have ever made to our website. We opted to pay the $40 for install. It was done 2 days earlier than we were promised. On black Friday it went live, but we soon found out there was a problem with the theme we use, not showing the discounted price in the cart at checkout. During my initial purchase of the app, I had requested a quote for an additional modification and was contacted by Michael. When I noticed that the cart wasn't reflecting the right price I asked him about it. Within MINUTES he was working on it and within 3 hours the necessary tweaks were made. All while BOLD apps was busy facing it's own challenges on a BUSY black Friday. I wish I had tested my theme more to make sure things were working right before launch and before Black Friday, but the speedy resolution made my day. I was worried I would have to wait until the next week. Can't wait to see how this changes our business and increases customer retention and happiness. My only suggestion and why I am talking with Michael currently, is that it would be great if the regular price would appear next to the special price with a line through it. That way the customer can see how much they are saving. As it is now, only the special price shows. I have no doubt they will be able to do this for me and at a reasonable price. Everyone loves to save money, and it's way more effective if they can see exactly how much.

Totally recommend this! So easy to install (we opted for Bold Apps to install the code for us), so easy to amend on the fly and our customers are loving this new service that we are offering!

OK, so when this bad boy is up and running it's great! We can assign a "dropship" tag to our dropship accounts, and bring in all those orders through our normal website! Great time saver and looks professional too... Only reason for losing 1 star is the awkward set-up process. You have to search for specific terms in the code, which more often than not is not the same text as the examples.... Don't worry though, a moderate 1-off payment and the super clever folks at bold apps will do that for you! I would almost say that Bold should offer to implement the code as standard FOC for new customers, and then it would be 5 Star the whole way! Great app!

This app is just what I am looking for. Being able to create wholesale accounts for certain customers will allow me to run a wholesale and retail business from the same website with the same inventory. The monthly price also seemed much cheaper than the comparison apps and it is also more suited to what I want luckily. I would certainly recommend this app for anyone that wants to sell retail and wholesale on the same site, or anyone that wants to offer discount incentives for repeat loyal customers. I had paid the extra $40 to have the app installed and it was setup on the weekend ahead of schedule, even after I was advised the staff was backed up for several days. Thanks for the great app!

So far so good! - This App is exactly what we were looking for and enabled us to gear our shopify store up to our wholesale customers. the intergration was super quick and then Bold team have been on hand, good work :)

Really handy, I'm pretty new to all this so it took me a while to play with everything and figure it out but once I understood it, its a breeze.

This app is like WholeSaler, but with tiers. It's awesome for transparently showing wholesale prices or offering special discounts to great customers.

I installed this app for the purpose of adding wholesale pricing to my store… and so far so good. It was easy to install (I actually had the developers do it so I wouldn't mess anything up!), easy to set-up and syncs perfectly with my store theme. Only disappointment is that if you use their Product Bundles app, you cannot use this app. So you're forced to choose between the two. I think we all know which one won :) One request I would like to see is the option to be able to apply special shipping cost for the customers you select for customer pricing. For example, with my wholesale customers I charge a flat rate, however because I cannot specify this at checkout I have to separately invoice after they purchase. Not a deal breaker, however it would make things much more convenient. Overall a good app and I would most def recommend :)

Fantastic app, with many uses. We use it for staff pricing, wholesale accounts, and customer loyalty schemes. I love and recommend it!

Disapointing. Not up to their promises and poor support. We installed this app about a week ago and sent 5 mails to the supports team. We have not got any replies unless to tell us that they are busy with an other developpment. It does not fullfill their promises: • Offer Customer Specific Pricing (only fixed price which is obvisoulsy useless or percentage). Good maybe for a customer price level as Gold sivler etc... but not other use. No specific price handled per items sold. No variant handled when you are using variants in your products with different price. It set up everything at the same price. • Use this app to offer multiple levels of WHOLESALE Pricing and use your same store for Wholesale and Retail. VERY DISAPOINTING, unless you handle your buinsess just with percentages which is not our case and I trust not the case of many other business. YOU CERTAINLY CANNOT USE THIS APP TO RUN YOUR RETAIL AND WHOLESALES PRICING with one store. We were expecting a specific price edition per items sold handled within the app and we just got percentage or fixed price. Very dispointing as per the reviews we though of using their apps more and more, but for the first one used it is a total ZERO. We hope to get a respond from their support team within the 14 days trial otherwises we will have no other choice to uninstall it and find an other solution elsewhere. We will study the other app available on the shopify store called WHOLESALER see if it does the work better. We will consider twice now from using other app from the BOLD team. Disapointing when you see all reviews telling so much good stuf about it. Also poor support after installing it. We had to ask for help to external developpers to install the app as the installation guidelines are not clear at all.

The Pricing app is functionally, easy to use and excellent suported. THX from switzerland

Bold got everything installed for us super quick! Everything looks great! Really opens up so many opportunities!

Pros: - Set up custom pricing levels for different groups of customers, for example Retail and Wholesale pricing. Add more levels for VIP Retail Customers or Employees, etc. - Automatic rules to bump good customers to the next level. Good for creating incentives for wholesale customers. - Doesn't mess up "Shopify Tracks this variant's inventory" (almost, see below). - Allows different price levels for different groups of products. - Creates a professional experience for your wholesale customers. - Fast customer service. Cons: - There is an inventory bug whereby it's possible for customers at discounted levels to order product that his not available and create unintended back-ordrers. No work-around available at this time. - As with any set of new rules, it adds another layer of complication and takes a bit of thought to set up and test out. But it's not particularly difficult to use and in the long run setting it up saves time over manually creating discounts one-by-one.

Customer Pricing is a great app! It helps us to create different price layers for different customers, also it is beautifully and clean designed hence very user friendly. We highly recommend it!

Works a treat for fixed wholesale prices. Easy to set up the price points and allocate products or collections as needed. Paid for the liquid install which I think is worth doing.

Great support and great product. Just what I've been looking for to create a customer loyalty program!
