Exactly what we were looking for! The customer service has been excellent. They are easily accessible (hopping on zoom meetings with us) and extremely responsive. The development team has been quick to provide solutions for any issues we've run into and make any customizations we've needed. Worth the money. Highly recommend!

Vik and the team have been extremely helpful in setting up Our Sales App. We needed an app to allow our sales team to login, create customers and orders with specifics and Sales App has been the ONLY app that has been able to do this for us.

The people at Chief Software are VERY nice people and are quite responsive. But after MONTHS of trying and paying a lot of money for customizations (which took months longer than the original estimate of a few weeks BTW), the app just DOES NOT WORK. Many of the basic functions are broken and the coding is just plain sloppy. After using many different Shopify apps over the years, I have never encountered one this bad and am extremely disappointed that I wasted my time and money. I'm not sure how they have any positive reviews except for their kindness and their accessibility to schedule a call. I do wish the team well, but really need to let others know how bad this app is.

I am in the process of setting up the App but the administrators at Sales Team- Specifically Vik have been a tremendous help. While I can't yet speak to the entire user experience, I can certainly attest to the fact that these guys are very accessible and ready to assist in whatever way needed. Thanks Vik and team!

Good app with a good team. Comes with most everything out of the box. But the team is very knowledgable on any customizations needed for you application. Backend is a little clunky to use, but they are continuing to improve the app regularly. I would recommend.

One of the most versatile app to grow your wholesales business. Loaded with features and great support. I highly recommend it.

This app works great, it has all the features we were looking for to make our small business run smoothly. Our sales people have access to everything they need on a day to day basis. The support team has also been outstanding. After testing this app on our store and finding we needed some customization to meet our needs, Vik and his team were quick to respond. This app is awesome, and their customer support is the best I've seen on Shopify. The app lets you tag customers to sales reps, and is tracking the rep's progress. Finally - we don't have to manually extrapolate data to tell us what we want, this app does it for us, and we ensure that our sales representatives are properly compensated for the client base that they have developed. Really a good app, and much better than the other sales rep apps that I have tried using in the past. I aam awful with tech, and got on a screen share with a customer support rep, who was very helpful and got me set up within 15 minutes. This company needs to give their customer support rep , Vik, a promotion- you are amazing bro, and a great asset to this company!!!

They were very helpful with our request and specific application needs we were pleased with the result and ease of contact throughout the optimization.

Support was very rapid and solved my issues entirely. I was able to schedule a screen share session (a really helpful thing) to triage my problem.

There are so few CRM apps for Shopify I thought that I was never going to find one that worked- I am so happy I found Sales Team. Amazing customer service!
